“Booking with holiday cottages efficient. Unfortunately misinformation about the cottage, it stated parking for small car, or plenty of parking opposite, when we arrived scaffolding front and back of cottage, with no parking either in front or opposite. If u were able to park in front of the house, you would have to mount the pavement and only suitable for a smart car! Parking opposite was haphazard. Cottage was on a hill, so difficult if you had a pushchair, or walking difficulties. However, well equipped inside, with a very small courtyard, which unfortunately had the scaffolding! Charmouth lovely area to visit.”

“Olive cottage on Lower Treluswell Farm, Penryn, Cornwall was just about perfect for our requirements for a one week stay near our daughter. We were very happy with the location, and the cottage had practically all of the things we needed. It was nice and quiet with a nice little garden/ sitting out area and had good parking facilities and easy access to both Falmouth and Truro. We have stayed in several places in the area but this was easily the best and we will definitely go back if we get the chance. Our hosts were very pleasant and talked to us on a couple of occasions but were by no means obtrusive. We felt that the accommodation offered good value for money.”

“Lantern view was in a lovely position in Whitley bay and well presented house. However the lack of any welcome pack whatsoever made us feel ‘unwelcome’. Some basic maintenance was also needed, e.g difficult to open doors, full rubbish bins and leftover items not taken away by cleaners from previous guests. Sadly this left us with not feeling valued customers. Should be at the top of any holiday house owners list.”

“Our stay at Tidal View was faultless, the apartment is lovely and the location perfect. Communication was great, clear instructions etc. The apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed and just wished we could have stayed longer, thank you for a lovely week.”

“Stayed at the property in Harrogate 3 times now. Very easy to book and kept informed of the upcoming holiday. Lovely accommodation, always clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.”

“The accomodation was adequate, good location for as a base for sight seeing. However dog friendly, not so good, no outside space, so every time our dog needed to do what do,we had to put his collar &., lead on & walk about 100 yards to a foot path for a pee.”

“Clever use of photography made the cottage look bright and welcoming in the advertising. It was in fact dark and dated with no kerb appeal or outlook.That said, it was extremely well equipped and towels and bedding brilliant. Advertising said 500yds to seafront but didn't mention it was down a very steep hill which my husband found difficult coming back.”
