“Very good response and very polite good customer service and very quick to book it”

“Prices are never as advertised, after booking and the online system charged the bank card the company called to change the flight as the online dates/flights are incorrect or more expensive than anticipated. So had to pay over 100 extra for the holiday. Had a few holidays with the company but i will not book with you guys in the future, i will just go to a different company. Disapointing and stressful as in my opinion what they do online is totaly missleading.”

Peter, we are sorry to hear this especially since you ticked to accept the terms and conditions of the website and how it operates. The price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted, you are informed of the next supplier price.

“Booking the holiday with you was easy , but regarding the call back to confirm everything would of been nice especially when I was called the next day and the signal wasn't very good and she said she would call back 1hour later also it would of been nice to be told about adding luggage as apparently now you need to book hand luggage on as before this use to be free”

“Booked our holiday for February, but on receipt of our travel documents, I realised that the return flight was 3 days later than we had booked. The hotel still had us checking out on the correct date. It was just the return flight, which was wrong. This was reported to Holiday Gems almost 3 days ago, and nobody has got back to me confirming that this has been corrected.”

“Like all other reviews I have to say mine is no different. Booked online then had a call to say flights and transfers ok but hotel room not available, however, there is a better bigger room and it will cost more money. So beware the price you see is not the price you pay. Need to get this addressed as it's letting company down.”

“When booking online the price was 2100 only to be rang and told that the tickets on wat back were not available and we had to pay more. So we ended up paying £400 more ! Not impressed at all”

“Terrible!! Cancelled our holiday on Christmas Eve 3 days before we were due to leave!!! Not very helpful in finding alternative hotel so waiting on a refund. We were gutted to have the holiday cancelled with no real reason given. Waiting on a refund but already excuses given that we need to wait for the supplier to refund first - clearly not understood our contract is with them! Would not use or recommend.”
