“All good during booking”

“Booked our holiday for February, but on receipt of our travel documents, I realised that the return flight was 3 days later than we had booked. The hotel still had us checking out on the correct date. It was just the return flight, which was wrong. This was reported to Holiday Gems almost 3 days ago, and nobody has got back to me confirming that this has been corrected.”

Liam we are sorry to hear this, our customer service team emails do have an auto reply about timescales in order to manage your expectation for resolution which we presume was overlooked. However, we can see that the matter has now been clarified to you and amended to the correct detail.

“Like all other reviews I have to say mine is no different. Booked online then had a call to say flights and transfers ok but hotel room not available, however, there is a better bigger room and it will cost more money. So beware the price you see is not the price you pay. Need to get this addressed as it's letting company down.”

“When booking online the price was 2100 only to be rang and told that the tickets on wat back were not available and we had to pay more. So we ended up paying £400 more ! Not impressed at all”

“Nathan & Debbie have been fantastic! I had many questions on the booking of the holiday and on Egypt itself, both giving up their time and knowledge to ease my worries helping massively. “Terrible!! Cancelled our holiday on Christmas Eve 3 days before we were due to leave!!! Not very helpful in finding alternative hotel so waiting on a refund. We were gutted to have the holiday cancelled with no real reason given. Waiting on a refund but already excuses given that we need to wait for the supplier to refund first - clearly not understood our contract is with them! Would not use or recommend.”

“The children constantly complain about the poor internet here at the hawian aqua park resort, The same food almost every day and could do with more options. And if anything isn’t part of the all inclusive it’s very expensive. The pools are ok and the rooms too ,the main thing is poor internet”
