Nathan was brilliant! So helpful and friendly and made finalising my holiday so easy! He even made a note to the hotel when I mentioned we will be having a birthday whilst away!

The children constantly complain about the poor internet here at the hawian aqua park resort, The same food almost every day and could do with more options. And if anything isn’t part of the all inclusive it’s very expensive. The pools are ok and the rooms too ,the main thing is poor internet

Booking and payment taking, received phone call stating no room available, trying another site, then asking for another £40 on top of the cost.Dave was very helpful but still had to pay extra £19

NATHAN Buckley has been fantastic from day one- no hassle ease of mind and helping ne understand the package i wanted and sorted everything out with out hesitation! As far as going above and beyond for a customer he aced it 100%

Fantastic company. Literally, all I had to do was pack because they did everything .I had no problems whatsoever with Holiday Gems.I will always use Holiday Gems in future because I know I can trust them to give me the very best Holiday. Thank-you so much everyone at Holiday Gems.

The price of the holiday was increased from the one published by £28. but it was still the cheapest holiday price I could find. The guy dealing with this was pleasant and the holiday was confirmed the next day'

The adviser who confirmed my booking, Martin, was very helpful. I was however disappointed that when my booking was confirmed, I was informed that there were no rooms available. The advisor then managed to find a room, but at a higher price ( this was not an upgrade) I therefore had to pay extra to confirm the booking.

Booked our 2023 family holiday after 9pm one night and received a call from Stuart before 10am the next morning to confirm all details with me. How’s that for customer service?! I loved the personal touch and care in ensuring I was happy with everything. We obviously haven’t taken the holiday yet, but if it’s as good as my experience with Holiday Gems so far, it’s going to be fabulous 😃

Excellent service. I found an issue at the hotel we were booked in. Rang the company and within 8 hours they changed our accommodation and forwarded me the new booking confirmation details. Great service, would recommend!

Frauds! cheaters! I have booked online and after few hours agent called and said the room you have booked is gone and now you have to pay £50 extra for the same room.. i have paid that time but when i go back on website the that room showing the original price which i have booked initially.. so basically CHEAT their customers. PLEASE BEWARE.

Mrs Patel, we respectfully request that you alter your libellous comments. We are sorry you could not take advantage of the lower holiday price due to availability having gone. As advised in our terms and conditions to which you agreed online, in every instance this information is provided by the supplier(s) and is subject to change entirely at their discretion if they wish to introduce further lower prices for the same arrangements once the initial offer is gone . Again per the website terms of use, if the Package Holiday is available but not at the price quoted, we will contact you by telephone or email to give you the option to purchase the Package Holiday at the revised price. You accepted that available option. We do not cheat our customers, you have simply been unlucky not to have the benefit of the lower price at the time you booked.
