“The website was super easy to use and great prices. Had our holiday confirmed with Nathan which was straight forward. We are going as a family but different dates and some different airports. Nathan really tried his hardest to get the best flights with the best prices for our London passengers. Unfortunately due to school holidays we had to just cancel for them but we are still going. Nathan went out of his way to help us and was kind throughout. His customer service would make me more likely to book again with holiday Gems!”

Martin this was sent on the day you booked, have you checked your junk / spam for the documents as they can often be filtered by customers account settings.

“When I read the reviews after I booked a holiday , I panicked a especially as I’d expected a booking confirmation as soon as I’d booked the holiday and had only then realised holiday gems wasn’t live pricing . Then I initially struggled to get through the next morning - so thought I had been scammed . However there really was nothing to worry about . I had a swift response to an email sent to customer services and a lovely guy called Nathan called me that day , confirmed my booking and had the booking confirmation within 15 mins of his call . So very relieved and Nathan was really friendly and professional .”

“So happy with Oliday Gems. 5star service off Nathan who explained everything and tailor made our booking to us as it included water parks which will not use and saved us money so we could have other extras like pre booked seats instead. “Wasn't expecting a call, especially being an online travel agent, but to my surprise got a call pretty quick. Nathan was polite and professional and confirmed my holiday within minutes, and also offered further support of required via phone or email. Thank you”
