Nathan was top class assisting with my booking because I left it so last minute. He phoned within 20 mins of booking and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as quickly as possible. Would 100% book through again

I was a little sceptical at first with booking as I usually book directly with an operator, I wasn't aware at the time that this was ultimately a travel agent that books flights and accommodation for you - there were a few errors on the booking some errors made my side and theirs, and they are difficult to get hold of on the phone, however, the email system they have works very well and any errors that were there got resolved quickly. The price was a lot lower than an operator would be. Be advised, that hold luggage, Seats on the plane, and airport transfers need to be taken into account when you are booking as these are additional cost - I wasn't aware of this at the time but it all got sorted in the end. Overall, I would certainly book again, however, now that I have done it once with them, I will know exactly what I need to take into account when booking next time - A good service from Holiday Gems.

Dissatisfied with committing to an order and making payment in full to be told three days later the flights are not available and the price has jumped! I won’t be rushing back to make another reservation and will be raising awareness!

Mr Giuntoni we regret you did not appreciate that when placing your order it was a request and not guaranteed. You must have overlooked the website terms although you agreed to them. Another customer has had the benefit of the arrangements offered and you were offered the next available as per our policy.

We bought our holiday online,but had a call saying we would need to pay more for our flights as the airline had upped the price,the young lady who helped us was apologetic and had done her best to get us a good price and was hopeful that she could upgrade our room .

Last minute holiday booked in half an hour, easy, fast Web page, great price for an amazing hotel and location, instant confirmation, travel documents sent via email within an hour Would definitely use Holiday Gems again

Nathan was lovely. I booked late in an evening and by the time I was called to confirm, it was the following morning. Nathan must have called me as soon as he'd logged into his system. The flights had gone up slightly so had checked if we were OK with that or wanted to know about alternative dates. I called him again later in the afternoon as I hadn't had received a confirmation and he could answer the phone with my name which was a pleasant touch and sent me the confirmation straight away.

Don’t know how to communicate with you. You don’t answer the phone. When I do phone your robot speaks for a long time. That’s annoying cos we can’t talk to that. I’ve had to go to the community centre to ask them to email you cos I don’t know how to send an email. You say I owe you money I don’t know how much and I thought I paid you for the holiday. So I am very confused with the threats of cancellations and whether to turn up at the airport, because I don’t know if I have paid or not paid. Please phone me so we can sort this out. Otherwise I am unaware what position I am in. Please make an effort.

The website was super easy to use and great prices. Had our holiday confirmed with Nathan which was straight forward. We are going as a family but different dates and some different airports. Nathan really tried his hardest to get the best flights with the best prices for our London passengers. Unfortunately due to school holidays we had to just cancel for them but we are still going. Nathan went out of his way to help us and was kind throughout. His customer service would make me more likely to book again with holiday Gems!

Martin this was sent on the day you booked, have you checked your junk / spam for the documents as they can often be filtered by customers account settings.
