“Ask for a review after the holiday not before. Unhappy that the price increased from the advertised price. I’m not sure that is even legal ?”

Alan we ask for reviews about various stages of the booking and you were asked about your experience in relation to actually making the booking. Where you make a request to book online the process is explained in our terms before you proceed so are able to make an informed decision.

“I booked the holiday but was contacted later today say that I have to pay extra as the rate increased...though I book it when the lower price was available so the additional cost should but at your costs not my!!”

“Fast response from enquiry to confirmation. Transfer no problem. Hotel fine. I hope the pickup from the hotel is smooth. Used Loveholidays in July for Costa Brava. Return transfer a nightmare, no email to hotel whatsoever. Very poor English on phone.”

“Reviewing recent customer service following booking our holiday; With thanks to Nichole who was amazingly helpful and speedy in her responses, they alleviated any concerns I had of booking through an online TA. The couple of things that were missing/incorrect on the initial booking confirmation were easily rectified. The website says expect response up to 5 days however i had all correspondence within 24 hours of my contavt. I was really pleased with Nicholes' help and super excited for our holiday!”

“Nathan was so helpful in booking my holiday. I was so stressed out as we had left it till the last minute but not only did he manage to book my holiday he also managed to get me a better deal. I will definitely be calling him again as I need to book a honeymoon in October. Thanks Nathan”
