“Awful flowers didn’t arrive on time even though they were ordered over a week in advance!!! Still ain’t arrived so can’t comment of quality if flowers as for customer service it’s non existent!!! I have sent hundreds of emails with no reply i will be taking it further”

“I recently bought 2 houseplants and a large bunch of 'Pastel Paradise' flowers.
The plant I sent to my wife for mothers day had a blank card with it rather than having the message I wrote to her. This I could let go ,but the flowers I sent to my own mother on Friday last week had fallen apart by Monday morning.
My mother has sent me pictures of whole flowers worth of petals brown and rotting or completely fallen off/on the floor, these pictures (attached) were taken Sunday PM/Monday AM.
Two days is hardly acceptable for £29 worth of flowers and the delivery on top.
The whole order was £77.82 and I just don't feel a decent service was received considering.
Also their website is so glitchy it nearly useless, wouldn't remove items from cart, would send message to customer support (just comes up with error message in bottom right of page) & the email link provided does not function whatsoever.
Absolute joke, will never use again.”
“Two bunches of flowers due to be delivered last week, they were for mothers day, no tracking sent out, I had to chase them up for this, the flowers were dispatched the same day they were due to be delivered, Their customer service is dispicable, they put their head in the sand and did not attempt to send out a new bunch of flowers or refunf the monies £80, buyer beware, stay away from them”

“Sent flowers to my niece because her husband died on the 5th of February.
I didn't get to see the flowers because we live 200 miles apart, it wasn't until my sister sent a photo that I realised what poor Quality and quantity they were. I have complained via email but I get almost the same response saying I am not entitled to a refund because I should have complained in the first three day's they have offered me either a £10 gift voucher or £10 credit to use off any future order. I have informed them I won't accepting this because I am not going to order more flowers from this company. Only wish I had read the reviews first..”
“Please report them to Trading Standards. Absolutely disgusting. They will lie to you. They will deliberately delay responding to you. The photos on their website and what they actually send to you is completely different. Companies like these shouldn't be allowed to operate. Obviously run by some crooks. This is day time robbery and needs to stop!”
“I ordered these flowers for my 93 year old mother. They were delivered to her care home on the correct day(8th Jan 21) which is the only positive there is about them. They were in a very poor state and several were dead and dying within hours. They lasted a total of 3 days after that. I immediately completed a feedback form to customer services to which I had no reply. I have completed a further two feedback forms and still I have been ignored. Not any communication at all. Rubbish flowers from a rubbish supplier with regard to customer service. DO NOT BUY THEM.”

“A bargain is one thing- dead flowers arriving another entirely. I will never use this company again for anything! I sent flowers to a client. Sadly, the person phoned to say she thought I should know that as she took the flowers out of their packaging, all of the petals fell off. Worse, I have not been able to get any form of response from Customer Services. I have sent four e-mails since 22/7, and not even an acknowledgement: shockingly bad product, and non-existant customer services. Avoid this company at all costs.”
