“I ordered a pool table for my home from Home Leisure Direct and can honestly say it is one of the best online buying experiences I have had, from the website (very clear and easy to use), the online chat process to clarify my open questions, through to a simple and quick telephone order where the company rang me. This was followed by clear and regular feedback on my order status, and a really top quality and quick delivery / installation process on the day. The quality of the pool table is excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!!”

“Extremely helpful customer service. No pressure from sales people -just helpful knowledgeable advice in making decision on what to purchase from the on line chat to visiting the show room. (Tyrone was our contact and he has been a pleasure to deal with helping us with even the smallest query.) Excellent value for money and quality of product from the look the material and playing surface of the pool tables. Delivery of table was faultless arrived when it was supposed to and nothing was too much trouble for the delivery/set up team. Would definitely recommend.”

“came into the showroom to look for pool diners. Spoke to Tom who was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Talked us through all the specific options and differences to match our requirements, awesome service all round. Showrooms are fantastic, really reccomend going and having a look! 5 stars all round!”

“Our pool table was delivered and installed today. Really pleased with the table, great quality. The technicians that did the installation were professional, courteous and friendly, (Gareth and Pete) Explanation of all items delivered was clear and concise, no mess, and all packaging removed. They took time to position the table to my exact requirements. I would recommend Home Leisure Direct for any games room requirements. They will be the first point of call for me in the future.”

“I recently purchased a pool table and table tennis topper from Luke at Home Leisure. Each step of the process was informative and helpful. To start, the YouTube videos were useful for deciding what size and style of pool table. Then the room designer helped me plan other furniture around the table. We then visited the showroom which was excellent, the kids enjoyed playing arcade, pinball and other tables/machines. 2hrs later we had to drag the kids out. They were flexible with the delivery as we still needed our garage conversion to be completed. The delivery team gave some good advice and installed it quickly. I’d thoroughly recommend them.”

“Such great showrooms , Tyrone was very helpful to me and my friend liam , offered us drinks and allowed us to try all the arcades ! Liam wants to have his own arcade store one day and he loved every second ! :)”
