“From start to finish the customer service I received was second to none 10/10. I am extremely happy with my pool table and accessories, as a seasoned pool player I am very pleased with the quality of the table and cloth. The work men who were sent to deliver and fit the table into my conservatory were very efficient, clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be a returning customer in the future.”

“I highly recommend Home Leisure Direct. I recently purchased the Oxford Signature Pool Dining Table and the quality is fantastic. The service before and during installation was great – the table even arrived in half the expected time when I placed the order! I shall be certainly be returning to Home Leisure Direct to purchase additional items for our Games Room in the future.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. No pressure from these guys just helpful advice that suits you, the customer. Very knowledgeable. Very flexible on the delivery date. The delivery / set up guys were just as helpful, giving great advice on how to care for the table and keep it looking fresh. Always available on the phone or by email, I would highly recommend taking the plunge on this. 5 stars guys.”

“Excellent Customer Service and High-Quality Products! We initially purchased an MDF pool table from Home Leisure Direct, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. However, their exceptional customer care completely turned the situation around. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting us with a replacement. They made the upgrade process to a higher-quality pool table smooth and stress-free. Their finance options were also a great help, making the purchase more manageable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the outstanding service we received. Highly recommend Home Leisure Direct!”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Ben was really helpful when i asked about options and how we could get the table up to our offices. The delivery guys were great, no fussing about having to bring it up all the stairs and they installed it very quickly. All in all a great service and we highly recommend.”

“Lads were great and very efficient in what they did …. ETA was not great … original 11.00 … sent a message requesting an update …. Update did not happen … tracking of your team is not a good system …arrived around 12.30 …. Maybe a call from the delivery team to co-ordinate arrival time would of been appreciated”

“Bought an American Pool Table/Dining Table from Home Leisure. Excellent showroom and product advice - then the table arrived ahead of schedule, and was installed without any fuss by two helpful guys. Decent price too. All around I found the Home Leisure service to be first class.”

“From the start Callum was fantastic. He responded immediately to my message via the chat facility on instagram, and ensured that the purchase process was simple and straightforward. A delivery day was agreed and the pool table was assembled in a carefully and respectful manner. I would highly recommend Callum and Home Leisure Direct to anyone purchasing a pool table.”

“I bought a Signature Warwick Pool Dining Table, with upgrades to include installation and Aramith Pro Cup balls. The staff were particularly helpful discussing the tables they had in stock, so that I was able to receive my desired table size and finish without having to wait for a new table to be made from scratch. I entrusted a family member to take delivery and they said the fitters were friendly and helpful, with plenty of advice on how to look after the table so it lasts for as long as possible. Thanks!”
