“We had our Pool table delivered on Monday of last week. My husband is in his element! Not only is it a pool table, it’s in his football colours, which then I’ve added stickers with emblems. It is now every LEEDS UNITED fans dream. It really finishes off his man cave! Ordering the table was easy Rob was very informative and helped immensely with everything I questions about. Delivery was good and when it was delivered, the men were fantastic setting the table up very talkative Happy chaps! They made sure we were happy. Then Rob followed up to make sure everything was and is ok. Highly recommend!”

“I came in today very late because of the long drive and Callum kindly stayed open for me until nearly an hour after closing time Callum was very helpful and was patient with my endless questions I would highly recommend seeing Callum at home leisure”

“I researched pool tables for longer than I can remember and without question these guys were by far and away the most responsive and answered all of my questions before we finally committed. They issued an installation slot and the 3 directly employed guys that installed genuinely cared about ensuring our experience was nothing but first class. Will be recommending these guys to anyone that is in need of improving their games room.”

“Just took delivery of my Signature Chester Oak table, absolutely blown away with the quality of the dining table and moreover the 7ft pool table. The whole experience of dealing with Home Leisure Direct from sales advice to ordering and delivery and installation was brilliant. The delivery guys were prompt, extremely professional with the installation to ensure I was happy with table positioning to the millimetre. A special mention of my sales adviser Sam Wintle, who guided me through the process regularly keeping me up to date with delivery estimates, thank you so much.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. I made multiple phone calls to find the right pool table and was always met with a friendly voice with great advice. Delivery was organised quicker than expected (always better to under promise and over deliver) and the lads that installed the table did so quickly and thoroughly. Thoroughly recommend. Should also say that the company was recommended to me by an old friend from university who also only had good things to say. Thank you.”

“Customer service was excellent was not pressed into buying anything that I didn't want Had the signature 7ft oudoor table put in in on 25.6.24 table plays good although a little fast delivery guys were courteous at all times explained the cleaning and leveling process Would highly recommend also had delivery and install within 12 days 1 very happy customer”

“Excellent Customer Service from Rob & the Team at Home & Leisure, very helpful with advice & cloth choice. Top Quality 7ft Pool Table supplied at an affordable price, with quite a few nice extras thrown in as part of the deal. Installed quickly & efficiently by the installation team, great job. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.”

“Excellent service, each time I had a question it was answered promptly. Delivery team were excellent quick, polite, professional and friendly. Very well compensated for error regarding delivery and there was no quibble replacing the slate and cloth which also included the cushions because there was a small flaw in the cloth.”

“We visited the showroom looking to buy a pool table and table tennis top. Ollie was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of time to have a play on the tables in the showroom. A week later and we received our table (we chose a colour combo in stock). The delivery guys were great and within an hour the tables was setup and leveled. Great experience and really pleased with the table.”

“Fast friendly and effiicent service. Ordered an American Pool table to be custom built in my loft. Came very quickly (with a free fuse ball) and built in a few hours. Table is amazing. So good to play on. Thank you so much!”

“We ordered a Signature Pool table & hoping for a speedy delivery in time for our daughter's birthday party. It was not guaranteed but they said they would try & we were pleased it arrived during the week before. Installation was quick & the table looks great. Really pleased with the quality of the play however & 100% happy with our choice. Also had a football table from them which is also excellent. We did not open the table tennis top yet but looking forward to that soon also. Great service from this company..”
