I shop regularly at the Clayton, GA Home Depot. Sue in the Lighting/Electrical section is awesome. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help. She answered questions I had prior to my purchases of landscape lighting, a transformer, LED light bulbs and other items. Sue is to be commended as an exemplary employee and a pleasure to work with!

We special ordered a dryer and went to pick it up and received the wrong one. I even signed for it not knowing it was the wrong one! When my husband and I got home we realized that this was not what we ordered. After calling the store and they called the warehouse it had been sorted out. Everyone had been professional about it and people were up front about the mistake that had been made. These people had great integrity and were so helpful getting this sorted out. They turned a what was stressful experience into a pleasant experience. Instead of trying to charge a restocking fee and then make us repurchase another dryer they were amazing. And told us that ours was in the warehouse and that they would get it ready for us. They put the customer's needs first. Thanks you Home Depot Guam Store and Warehouse! Y'all have amazing customer service!!!

I asked her if that was right she just looked at me, I loaded my material in the truck looked at my receipt, went back in showed it to her, just stared at me told me to take it up with the return desk and went back to sleep I guess with her eyes open. I came here to leave a review of a visit we had to your Pontiac location. On 1/20/2022.My wife and are were in need of a stove and hadn't bought one before and needed a lot of help. We went to Lowes and Menards first because they were on the way toward Home Depot. We didn't receive the help we needed and so after going into the appliance section at your Pontiac location we ran into James. Well, there are no words to explain how he just blew us both away with his knowledge and patience in helping us decide on what was the right fit for us. He was AMAZING. After we decided on the stove he became a mentor to another associate who has been wanting to learn more in other departments. And with our permission showing her how to complete our transaction. Her name is Laverne. She to was extremely polite and was really interested in learning other things besides hardware. So after a while, James realized that we would have to go to the front cashier to be able to complete the sale. Instead of just sending us up to the front he and Laverne took us up there to be sure that things went right. Along the way as other customers were stopping them for help, he didn't just brush them off he and Laverne made sure that they too got assistance. When we got to the front cashier we met April. James explained what we needed to have to happen. She went right to work and after a few seconds realized that what needed to be done was not something she had done, being she had only been there a month. Well as polite and respectful as anyone could be James went right into showing her and allowing her to do what she needed to do to get our sale through. We had an old credit account with you guys and they had to sign us up for a new one. I will say that April was fantastic in the way she accepted his help and wanted to be sure she took good care of us. When we left there that day my confidence in customer assistance was really reinstated. I really hope that this gets back to them at that location. They really deserve a big THANK YOU for just doing what we all want when we as customers come into your stores. I can count on one hand how many reviews I've left in my life but this one is one that really is so deserved. I'll be needing a John Deere in the spring and I will be going to that store now to pick it up. Please be sure that they get the pat on the back they deserve.

I went to Home Depot at 13121 S.OBT, Orlando,Fl. Stores 6328, 00005, and Kendrick Rone, an employee,young employee went above and beyond to helped me, he also loaded all what I bought at the store, what a Nice gesture of him. Is always a Nice experiencia to go there, no matter if it is a little far away.

This is not my first encounter with Ragina Thackston at the Snohomish HD. She has assisted me on two other occasions. In all my dealing with Regina and her staff have been top notch service.

Melanie and Jerry at the Quincy Store in Mass. We're LEGENDARY!!!!!! VERY HOSPITALITY DRIVEN !!!!! JERRY knew where everything was in seconds and Melanie was very wise with knowledge and knew how to make a 40 year veteran in the Hospitality business feel like 25 STARS!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

I can honestly say Homedepot WOW'D me!!! Started out my lawn mower stopped running-took me 3 months to find my receipt. I called the store I purchased it at and they said as I purchased with my credit card-they would exchange the mower-at any store. When I arrived at Homedepot they said gasoline motors only have a 30 day exchange and EVEN with a,3 year warranty-I'd have to pay to repair it???? Well the repair man repaired it at no charge. Explaining warranties aren't what I thought especially gas powered motors- all Homedepot gasoline products!! Still SURPRISED that Homedepot repair fixed the mower even though they should have charged me. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

In October 2022, I ordered and paid for a dishwasher. I was hoping to have the dishwasher by the Thanksgiving holidays. The dishwasher was delivered to my home the first week of November however, the people who delivered the dishwasher were not able to install it. There is a team called the compact team that had to install my dishwasher because of the placement of the dishwasher in my kitchen. The delivery team left the dishwasher in the hallway of my home, letting the delivery company know that the compact team would have to install the dishwasher. So, the compact team comes to my home during the second week of November to install the dishwasher. When the compact team unpacks the dishwasher it is damaged on the bottom. I told the compact team to return the dishwasher to Home Depot. I called Home Depot customer service to let them know that the dishwasher was damaged I would want a new one and I would need the compact team to install the dishwasher. A week later, the home depot delivery team send out a new dishwasher but not the compact team who need to install it. As the delivery people are bringing the dishwasher to my home, they unpacked the dishwasher and discover that this dishwasher is damaged also. My husband called the delivery company and spoke with a supervisor inquiring about why we have received two damaged dishwashers and why the compact team was not sent to install the dishwasher if it was not damaged. The supervisor at the delivery company keeps trying to blame Home Depot for their errors and for sending out two damaged dishwashers. My husband informed the delivery company it was not Home Depot who delivered the damaged goods but them. I wanted this dishwasher by Thanksgiving Day. I was told by the delivery company I would not have my dishwasher by Thanksgiving Day. At this time, I am not happy. The delivery company continues to blame home depot for their errors. I went to my Home Deport in Shorewood, Il, I spoke to Angie the manager, and explain what was going on with the dishwasher and the delivery team. Angie looked up all correspondence in her computer system. Angie looked at me and told me that she will try to have the dishwasher in my home by Thanksgiving but she could not guarantee it. Later on that day, Angie called me with a date that my dishwasher should be delivered. I received my dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving. I am very grateful to Angie for reaching out to the delivery company and solving this issue. It's people like Angie that will keep me shopping at Home Depot. Angie these five stars are for you!!! Again, thank you so much for your help. L

“I had to take the day off of work for a washer to be delivered and when I was the next on the list for delivery they canceled. Delivery driver told Home Depot it was because of snow which we have zero snow on the ground and it’s not even supposed to snow for another at least 24 hours. When I called Home Depot customer service, I was online for an hour and a half and the delivery guys kept hanging up on her for it the whole time. Don’t bother with having them deliver!”

My company has used Queensboro gear for years The Home Depot 𝘤.𝘶.𝘴.𝘵.𝘰.𝘮.𝘦.𝘳 𝘴-𝘶-𝘱-𝘱-𝘰-𝘳-𝘵 '𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳' +𝟏 𝟖𝟎𝟓 𝟒𝟏𝟎 𝟓𝟎𝟒𝟎 The Home Depot "𝘩.𝘦.𝘢.𝘥.𝘲.𝘶.𝘢.𝘳.𝘵.𝘦.𝘳.𝘴" '𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳' +𝟏 𝟖𝟎𝟓 𝟒𝟏𝟎 𝟓𝟎𝟒𝟎 now, to outfit everyone from our admin positions to our maintenance technicians. Their gear has always been top notch, when I need a specified item that doesn't appear on the website, my contact Anthony P is always quick to answer questions or find an item. The prices are fair and prepared as soon as possible. Ten out of ten would recommend.

I went to the HD in Riverview and I was so impressed with the young man Kelvin. I normally am not big on posting reviews but needed to post this. This is the reason I choose HD over Lowes. I saw a older gentleman pushing a flat card with a huge water heater. I wondered to my self, why isn’t anyone assisting this guy. I saw a young man collecting carts on the lot and he looked across the lot and saw the gentleman as well. He stopped what he was doing and went over to assist the gentleman with such a great smile. So impressive, this is why I love HD!

Michelle from flooring was wonderful She was VERY helpful, VERY kind and VERY thorough. We bought LV flooring for our whole house and she made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, helped coordinate the installation, reviewed the measurement notes and made sure everything was in order. We could have never done it ourselves online without her. Thank you Michelle

I got over $120 of plumbing stuff. Checked out. Asked the self-check employee to count my 10% military discount. He said I had to register on line. I tried , I told him, several times, it's impossible to get through the registration. "No it isn't " he smirked. After paying regular price I went to customer service desk. Masyn P. was there. He helped me register. I really liked his attitude, very helpful and courteous. And when the whole process was over it took about 40 minutes. Then he refunded me the military discount difference. Fine lad, fine guy. Thanks Maysn (yeah , that's how he spells his name.)
