“We loved our big bear vacation. The only thing was the carpet it was to old and dirty.. they should just keep hard wood floor with special rugs....other than that it was great.....🤩🤩😍”

“Hate it! This company is the reason why I'm scared to book anything on line. After making a reservation, there was a scheduling conflict. Called back right away to cancel and the agent didn't accept it. They tried to reschedule instead and said they would call me back. They never called. Couple days later, I tried to get answers. They said they would call me back and never called. When I called again, they said they were keeping my $733.22 and hung up on me. I am pursuing other means to get my money back, but I will never use them again! The place I booked was 1226 #2 Martin St. Nashville, TN. Be careful with this company, based out of Arizona.”

“My only issues is not being able to contact customer care after an issue with my booking. High call volume forced me to email with will take up to 7 days to be answered. The employee I chatted with couldn’t really answer my question.”

“I am attempting to find a 2/2 home or townhome to rent for Jan/Feb or Feb/March 2022 in Tucson, Oro Valley or Saddlebrook. Must take 2 small dogs. Up to $6k per month When I put in those dates nothing happens. SO FRUSTRATING”
