“OK, called the 800 number, received a robot. Later received a call back from the customer rep. Why do you need a copy of my credit card and license?”

“Hi, it is my first experience. But definately I will go for more. Here I found very nice and good looking houses for reasonable prices! Filter, map worked well. I appreciate all the buttons and info what is nearby the home I m about to choose. The only thing what bathers me was transfering to booking.com or vrbo when I clicked for reservation in some cases and that I see the total price in the next step. And maybe it would be nice to know that the more details (like address etc) will find me in mailbox after I pay (as for the first time - I paid and could not see the address - I wanted to plan already. So it would be enough to know that I should wait). Your are doing GREAT JOB! I hope my review was clear and fingers crossed for home2go. It is my first time, so I hope everything goes smooth. “I would have rated higher, but my first time using Home to go. Booking was easy. Would like to know when they will actually bill me for stay? Haven't seen anything on Credit Card yet.”

“We haven’t gone on the vacation yet but the booking was pretty easy I would say. I would liked to have known more info on the location of the condo and the exact views it has but I guess we will find out.”

“Upon arrival, the workers made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was hot and they had a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was friendly and prompt with requests. A little expensive, but the quality of service was worth it. My family and I will reserve at this hotel again.”

“Wasnt sure about this site to begin with. We looked on several sites for weeks until finding the one we chose on HomeToGo. It was super easy to use. We haven’t gone on our trip yet, but can’t wait to get there.”

“We loved our big bear vacation. The only thing was the carpet it was to old and dirty.. they should just keep hard wood floor with special rugs....other than that it was great.....🤩🤩😍”

“My only issues is not being able to contact customer care after an issue with my booking. High call volume forced me to email with will take up to 7 days to be answered. The employee I chatted with couldn’t really answer my question.”
