“It was quick and easy booking process. If I had a complaint it would be I was told I would get an email with all details and I could check in contactless entry (I believe That’s what it is called. I had to call to see if my cabin was ready and was told I had to come in to do paperwork - not that it’s a big issue but if I knew that beforehand we could have been in our cabin an hour and half earlier.”

“Easy to book and it wasn’t necessary to create a profile which is a plus. Not clear why my initial dates were getting rejected, so I’d improve the system messaging.”

“When I entered our dates house was available. Completely everything. Waited 24 hours then emailed dates not available! Used VRBO on another location and got confirmation in 15 minutes!”
