“One of the cords fell apart during graduation. The tassel fell off into a pile of strings. Thankfully, I had an extra. Otherwise, the order was fine.”

“Positive: Excellent turn-around time from receipt of order to mailing & delivery! Not-so-great but not-deal-breakers: -probably because of different dye lots, white cords received this year are not as white as last year (they look somewhat silvery when side by side with last years, but they definitely *aren't* silver or gray) -two or three tassels had white filling showing (incomplete coverage of ball) but I was able to smooth the threads out to conceal it”

“I was not pleased with the embroidered stoles. The stoles I have purchased in the past were embroidered prior to the seam being closed so that the backing did not show. These were not, and that is not explained on the website. The first person that answered my email inquiry about this problem was not helpful and left me with more questions than answers. However, the second person to respond was helpful and I was able to get a refund if I chose. The quality of the stoles themselves is above average, I just didn't expect the backing to show from the embroidery.”

“Ordered a couple sashes for spring graduation. Took about one and a half weeks to be completed and shipped the next day (paid for that option). Communication was great and had someone reach out with a final draft with the logo exactly how it was asked for. Fast at emailing.”

“Easy purchase, everything arrived quickly without any stress or worries. My only request is more pictures of the products be uploaded to the sight so the customer doesn't have to reference Google, or Amazon to see what they think it should look like. There were a decent amount of good pictures of the main items, but there definitely should be more. More angles of the caps, showing the different options for the Year on the tassels. Thank you very much, I will definitely be ordering from you again.”
