“Sturdy and quality material. However, a couple of the cords were frayed in the middle and at the ends. Otherwise, it was a pleasure doing business and shipping was swifter than I expected.”

“Once I expressed my frustration with having to send a second set of pics over one cord that came the wrong color, I was sent the correct one with a Return Label to send it back. Correct one came quickly once issue was resolved. Product quality is nice.”

“Shipped Quick. Communicated well. Cords were not quite as thick as cords ordered in the past. BUT that was my fault for not ordering in time with the school's order. Overall: I had Honor Cords to give to my students.”

“Unfortunately, they were unable to make my custom stole due to some issues. However, their customer service was wonderful and they sent me a free stole in the colors I wanted to ensure I had something to wear for graduation.”
