“I am always impressed with the speed at which the cords are delivered, HOWEVER, they were quite musty when they arrived and we had to douse them with lysol to get rid of it.”

“There is only one issue I have with your ordering process. I don't like the process of paying for an order and it not going through until another approval process. I would not pay for something I did not approve of. Other than that the last young lady I emailed with was AWESOME.”

“Their customer service is great! they were super quick in replacing my items. Their website though can be a little confusing; when placing the order, the "robe size" shows the measurements right next to the size, so you would think that the measurement is for the robe, but that measurement is actually for the student's height. I received the wrong size because of that, so I called and they explained what had happened. We changed the order over the phone with the correct size and they replaced it quickly.”

“They were very accommodating and the stoles were beautiful! The website was confusing and there was a lot that needed to be done planning/getting the stoles than what the website lead to believe… but all and all would work with them again!”

“One of the cords fell apart during graduation. The tassel fell off into a pile of strings. Thankfully, I had an extra. Otherwise, the order was fine.”

“Positive: Excellent turn-around time from receipt of order to mailing & delivery! Not-so-great but not-deal-breakers: -probably because of different dye lots, white cords received this year are not as white as last year (they look somewhat silvery when side by side with last years, but they definitely *aren't* silver or gray) -two or three tassels had white filling showing (incomplete coverage of ball) but I was able to smooth the threads out to conceal it”
