“I ordered the Purple/Yellow/Green (all three colors in tassel) but received the Gold/Green/Purple (solid gold tassel) in the double cords. It's not worth the hassle to exchange at this point but I was very careful in going through the list to get the color and tassel I wanted.”

“The checkout somehow changed my tassel color when I selected a different charm option. I didn't notice until I received the item. They were nice about it, but still had to mail it back to them for an exchange. Hopefully will get it soon.”
