“The product was spot on, incredible quality and MUCH MORE economically as compared to Jostens. I also liked that HG allowed the option to order a la carte versus requiring individuals to purchase bundles. Two other huge bonuses - 1. Made in the USA 2. I made an error in my initial order, called on a Saturday morning and actual spoke to a human. A very nice young man who was extremely helpful and courteous. He corrected my mistake and the item was shipped immediately. HG will get ALL of my future business. Thanks Honors Graduation!”

Sorry to hear that was your experience! It looks like when you entered your address, you entered the house number on one line and the street number on another line, which is likely what caused the issue. You should be able to check to see what you put in on the receipt that was mailed to you. In the future, make sure to put the entire address (123 Main Street) on one line! The second line is usually for additional information, such as an apartment number. Glad to see it worked out in the end!
