“It was nice to be able to have a custom stole made by this company. Only complaint is, where the stitching was it caused the fabric to bunch up. Maybe the fabric needed to be tight while stitching or it was too soft for the stitching. I tried to iron and steam it out thinking it was wrinkles from shipping, but it wasn't.”

“Even during a pandemic, Honors Graduation came through! My two orders arrived on time and were quality items. I ordered several cords and the cap and gown set plus a royal blue stole. “Such a great experience placing an order through Honors Graduation. I ordered 1-custom made sash, and uploaded the logo I wanted on to their site along with the text I wanted displayed. As soon as I submitted my artwork and payment, the company emailed me back with a beautiful and perfectly created mock-up of my sash for me to approve. I submitted the date I needed it by and they were wonderful it getting it to me by the requested date. The sash came in the mail and it was even more perfect in person! The stitching of the logo was perfect , as it was an intricate design. I also appreciate the fact that there is no "minimum" requirement for custom orders, as I just needed 1 item. Highly recommend ordering through Honors Graduation, they provide great products and even better customer service. THANK YOU!!!!”

“I ordered a custom stole last minute as a graduation gift for my sister when we found out her official school graduations were canceled. I had some issues with figuring out how to get her school logos uploaded the way I wanted, so I emailed the company and asked them if it would be possible for them to fix it for me. They did, and when we received the stole today I was absolutely blown away by how incredible it looks. For the lower price I honestly expected thin fabric and the logos + text just printed on - what we got was a thick, good quality stole made of very pretty fabric with all of the text and logos embroidered on. It looks absolutely beautiful - my sister is over the moon with it and I couldn't be happier. It arrived pretty quickly as well! I 110% recommend this company to anyone looking for custom stoles. You won't be disappointed!”

“Update: AMAZING customer service! Honors graduation came through and moved mountains to make sure we were satisfied customers. They got our items to us for our 2nd event and refunded our shipping costs. I would highly recommend using them and will personally use them for our next 5 homeschool graduates. Great job Honors Graduation! I ordered 3 basic graduation items and paid $25 (!!!) shipping for a standard order... nothing customized and here we are, 4 days later and it’s still not here. Tracking number I was given for my shipment is invalid for UPS. What gives?!?!? Where are our items? We needed them TODAY for our first of 2 events!”

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your package was delayed by UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to physically deliver packages to customers, so we do rely on shipping services, which are having quite a few complications due to COVID and the current crisis situation. Looking over the notes in your order, it looks like we, at no cost to you (and over 3X the cost of your order in shipping fees) expedited a package via UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery so that your package would arrive on time. In an email you stated "THANK YOU! You came through with more than just words and I appreciate it so much. We had his gear for his graduation... just in time." Hopefully our customers who see this review won't be misled by your experience with our company. We are glad we were able to make this event work out for you.

“Beautiful product! I’m so thankful Honors Graduation was able to make the stole for my son’s graduation. I’m trying to make his graduation from high school as special as I can considering he’s having a “drive-thru” graduation instead of a traditional ceremony. Thank you again!”

“I was supposed to receive my cords no later than a week ago and I still have not received them so I had to take my graduation pictures without them & hope I am able to return them for a refund. When I go to the website where I can track my package it says it is still in transit. Because of COVID-19 the mailing systems are all messed up and I don’t blame Honors Graduation”

Hey, sorry about that! Although we are currently shipping packages on time, we have had a number of issues with packages arriving on time due to complications in the network due to COVID19. An unprecedented number of packages are being lost or delayed. Unfortunately, the situation with delivering packages is entirely out of our control, so I'd hope you can consider not judging us so harshly based off the performance of the USPS. I've just canceled and refunded your order.
