“Friendly and helpful customer service. They didnt have the size we wanted but took the time to explain the other sizes as an alternative. Would have given five stars if they had called me about the size being out of stock instead of me finding out when I called for an update. I do appreciate that they were able to expedite shipment as the cap and gown was needed in a rush to celebrate my child’s quarintined graduation at home. They made difficult times feel a little more at ease. Thank you!!”

“I ordered two stoles. One of them was not what I customized. I wanted a peach ribbon for uterine cancer instead I got a red ribbon. It’s probably because I had 3 different people contacting me about my order. That stole was supposed to be a gift... so disappointed.”
