Hoppa somehow allowed us to book a location that automatically changed, would not help us, would not compensate us, and it's been over a month. We booked a very specific location in Florence from the Port of Rome. I printed out the paper in black and white and the driver would not accept it. They insisted that we booked the Rome city center, which is not true. We were forced to spend hundreds of Euro to get back where we needed to be, broken luggage, and I ended up breaking my hand. Hoppa does not care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Booked(Loveholidays) who use Hoppa for Transfers for pickup and drop off from Airport to Hotel and return. Recived message advising that someone from RTS Travel would be picking us up - No one at the Airport and number supplied invalid(someone at the airport tried ringing the number for me as well in case it was my uk number) tried messaging the number but of no use advised to get a Taxi and claim back. I tired contacing RTS but no response - I asked Hoppa about my return pickup and advised this should be okay - Guess what no taxi so grab a Hala from the hotel. Assume Hoppa doesn`t believe in following up with the company in Dubai to see what the issue was. If your traveling to Dubai dont bother booking with Hoppa its cheaper to take a Hala Taxi from the Airport. Have claimed the money back from Loveholidays.

We booked a transfer with hoppa to take us from Rome airport to cruise port, our baggage was delayed for 2 hours but I kept in constant contact with both our driver and hoppa but they left us stranded anyway and hoppa refused to sort out another transfer for us or give us any compensation for not delivering a service that we had paid for. Would not recommend and will not use again.

This platform is a prime example of poor service and store/hoppa. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than actually providing support. I regret not researching them more thoroughly beforehand. I ended up losing $25,000 in just a month. Thankfully, I filed a complaint with Ai xaLTD.COM, and they helped me recover my funds last week.

After investing £75,000 with a company—starting with £15,000 and adding £30,000 more—I initially saw profits. However, I soon realized I had fallen victim to a scam. Absolute garbage. They gave me the wrong pickup, forcing me to spend double on a cab to the airport, and then refuse to refund even though I have evidence of everything I said. Do not trust, they will not be contactable in an emergency, and their team will straight up lie to you, and steal your money.

They will book you with taxi companies that do not exist, strand you when you are abroad, not answer communication and when the answer you two weeks later after you come home, NOT reimburse you for the booking! Whatever you do, do not book with them as you may end up stranded like us in the middle of the night and then NOT get money back!! We have lost £300, they are fraudulent in every way!

Dreadful company. No driver when I arrived at Cancun airport. Had no option but to pay £175 with a local taxi firm. Hoppa refused any refund. Will never book with Hoppa again and would encourage nobody else to.

Awful experience. Arrived in cancun with my disabled son to discover the driver had accepted another fare, despite mine being prepaid in the UK. Was informed another driver was available if I paid an additional $200 which is double the original fee. They have ignored refund requests. Never again!!!!

booking ref k1910437 taxi changed the pick up time to a much earlier time, which we objected to as it would get us to the airport far too early, it was still holiday tine for us... but Hoppa only responce was to cancel and get a refund of tokens to be used... through Hoppa...which obviously did not help at all...we found out that the taxi was doing a pick up at the aiport which was why it was changed. The taxi was also driving exceedingly fast, swerving from one lane to another whilst texting on his phone!.. Despite asking to slow down he didnt!

Used Hoppa for years few hiccups along the way ,but will never use again or family friends ,we give driver our slip on Alicante to Benidorm transfer ,id paid double for 4 stops on bus due to my arthritis, after 6 stops my wife told the driver ony 4 stops but he was nasty and ignored her ,hoping to get off next he turned away and towards different area.after being on the bus nearly 3 hours he headed towards altea so further away I said we should of been off ages ago ,he then phoned office ,and at last he turned round and took he completely ignored our voucher for 4 stops will never use again

Currently fighting to get a full refund, after being advised via WhatsApp due to an issue with original booking destination, which was accepted by the automated web booking system. I contacted Hoppa via their support website page and they advised me to rebook with credits received, at an added expense of 49.-Euros (what a surprise the price had increased) and 24.-Euros refund protection. After confirming I had rebooked, Hoppa support returned back to me that my refund application had been launched with the appropriate team, then silence! After requesting news on my refund several times I decided to apply myself. So apparently you do not get automatically refunded when you do this, you have to fill in an online form and it is at the discretion of Hoppa whether my reasons are acceptable to them or not. So this is where I find myself, one thing is that I will never ever book with Hoppa again, totally and utterly unacceptable service, book with Hoppa at your peril!

The worst company ever! I ordered a transfer in Antalya this June. After a long flight with two children, we had to stay for more than one hour waiting for the driver. But nobody showed up. The worst thing is that they took the side of their partner-carrier, supposedly the driver came and waited for us (how come you believe the local driver, not your customer?!). In one hour, I went around almost every taxi around this airport that was waiting for someone and spoke to them. With two children, tired, stood in stuffiness on the street for an hour there. I feel so uncomfortable before my family. So, I had to take a regular taxi. Now Hoppa does not even want to return the money back. Moreover, I immediately canceled the return transfer with this company, which was supposed to take place after 9 days. But despite the fact that I canceled in advance, they also do not want to return money for service that they did not provide. I just want to say the words that are torn from the inside - scammers, cheaters and dishonest. I will write about this everywhere and all the time. So, I can warn others. Never take Hoppa services. Please listen to my advice, you will definitely regret!

We booked a return transfer between the airport and the hotel in Curacao in February. On arrival we went to reception where the lady told us we had no booking. She tried calling but eventually told us to take a taxi to the hotel. We asked if she could see our return journey back but she said no, there were no reservations in our name. We then took a taxi to the hotel for $45. The next day I wrote to Hoppa asking what had happened, why no one had picked us up and what would happen to our return journey. We were there for 11 days, the day before we were due to go home I got an email telling us when to be at the reception as the driver would be coming to pick us up anyway. We were there 20 minutes early, of course no one came to pick us up. After we waited another 15 minutes, the receptionists started calling the local number given in the confirmation, but nobody answered. Not wanting to miss the flight, we again took a taxi to the airport at our own expense for 50 euros. When we got home we had a long correspondence as I asked for our money back. So far we have received half of the money back on 26 March. Since then they have not promised anything and have stopped responding to our requests. We have another booking on Santorini, I fear in advance that this will be another waste of money. An unreliable company that does not respect its customers enough to give a fair response, but just hides behind the internet. I would not recommend to anyone if you do not want to be nervous during your holiday or do not know where to put your money.

Terrable company,don’t use .we booked with them for a transfer from Gran Canaria airport to playa del ingles on the 16th April.2024. Received an email two days ago telling me the booking was cancelled. No reason given. Tried to contact several times , no contact number just an email address that doesn’t work. Found an email for the CEO. , but no response from him Happened to look at the reviews on trip adviser. They are shocking. Reviews on trust pilot are mostly fake. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID . AVOID . due to a booking error, I received an email from them telling me to make a new booking , and to email them with the old reference for a refund. I followed their instruction and now they are refusing to refund me , which means I have paid twice for 1 transfer . They have no contact number, so you can only email and they refuse to escalate to a manger .

We used your company on the outward and inward legs of our journey. The outward journey was fantastic we were met by a greeter in the airport who then escorted us to the waiting cars. I was glad to see the cars where what I had booked 2 X SUVs with enough room for us and all of our luggage as arranged. However, our return journey was not so good. A car arrived with barely enough space for passengers let alone luggage, we managed at a squeeze to get passengers and luggage on board and we were advised another such car would be along shortly. A few minutes later a car arrived to take the remaining four passengers to the airport. It was a very small car and not at all what I had booked. He had space for only one large piece of luggage and 2 small pieces of luggage and only 2 passengers. We were advised they would send another car within 10 minutes and all would be well. I was left behind with my 13-year-old to await this coming vehicle. After 10 minutes I received a phone call saying no car was coming, we exceeded the luggage limit and we were to fend for ourselves to ‘get a taxi or something’. I am certain (and have the booking documents to prove it) I booked 2 x SUVs with enough space for 4 passengers as well as 8 large cases AND 8 small cases PER VEHICLE. I was distraught to learn I had been abandoned in New York City alone with a child and your company showed no remorse for this. I was then forced to pay for a taxi even though I had prepaid your company to escort all of our party to and from the airport. I contacted your company who responded once where lies where told and no follow up since despite numerous emails

Awful company. We booked two taxis, one to collect us from Barcelona Airport and on to collect us from the hotel at the end of our holiday. Neither turned up. Customer service are a fight to get hold of and get any kind of response. They eventually agreed a refund of £97 minus a cancellation fee we paid ( we did not cancel ) hoppa just did not fulfil their obligations. They have now only paid a refund of £10. They will not answer my messages and emails. We will NEVER use hoppa again !
