Tishaun, if we did not receive a phone call from you to let us know that you did not receive the package, then we have no way of knowing you did not get it as the tracking number shows it was delivered to the address you provided when the order was placed. This is a rare occurrence since UPS tends to have a good record of not losing packages, but this seems to be the case. We normally aim to correct situations right away if there is an issue with a customer's order, and would have loved to have had the opportunity to make it right with this order.
