“Been weeks since I ordered and they split up order and sent me two fittings out of 60 still waiting for the rest of my order…. There nothing “in a hurry” about this company”

Joel, your order for a total of 30 fittings was placed while we were out for Thanksgiving, and respectively, 28 of them shipped out Monday the 27th, and the 2 on backorder shipped on the 30th, just a few business days after the order was placed. It appears that you received the second shipment, but that the first one is still "in transit", according to the UPS tracking number. With this said, we aim to fulfill most of our orders within just a few business days, and if something is lost in transit, which is out of our control, we won't know unless a customer lets us know right away, or in this case, weeks later. Normally, we will replace the fittings with no questions asked when this occurs, but it appears that you are not satisfied with this according to the review and the email you sent this morning, so I will go ahead and cancel and refund your order. “need to update the website and disable the shipping policy dropdown that says you will have the option of using UPS or USPS for shipments depending on the weight or size of your order. The company actually only ships by UPS which is usually slower and more expensive than USPS.”
