“I love my hoselink house. I had a small issue with the mechanism inside a fitting not lining up. I jumped online and engaged in a chat, with a real person, and a new party was sent straight out to me. The service was friendly and efficient. I couldn't be happier.”

“I might have said this before, but my “strong” suggestion is that ALL customers, especially first time customers, need to be aware that HoseLink also sell an adapter so that the common items that use “snap on” fittings can be used!”

“Yeah ..look I’ve been very happy with all my products. Quick replacements for my wear and tear nozzles. The two Hoselink holders are holding up well. One spring is groaning a bit but hanging in there. I’ll replace happily when it’s time comes. Thanks to CS for prompts courteous service. Well done all!”

“The new Evolve hose reel was worth waiting for. I've been interested in purchasing for a number of years but simply couldn't manage the expense until recently. Now that I have one, I am very, very satisfied. It's not without its caveats though. I'm over 65 years old and after the first 5 metres or so, I start to struggle a little. I mention it only because I wasn't prepared for the tension that is probably required for the reel to do its job. I am impressed with the connector system but it does limit you in certain ways. Be prepared for additional purchases to adapt any specialised sprinklers or sprayers. Overall the purchase is well worth the money. I can now enjoy watering my garden and not stress over rolling the hose back or getting tangled up in it. I highly recommend reading the information on the website before purchasing to make sure you get everything you need. So far, after a month of use, I have no regrets whatsoever.”

“A small spare replacement part was required for our Hoselink. Emailed Hoselink and received a response within an hour. Great customer service. As it was only a small part, valued at approximately 70 cents, the part was supplied at no charge. Thank you for your prevalence and use of common sense. Greatly appreciated.”

“Love the Hoselink garden hose products and fittings. I have been disappointed with the solar lights as they have repeatedly failed. Hoselink has been great with replacement but I would prefer to purchase a sustainable product that does not continue to fail.”
