“My first hose I bought leaked and didn't roll back neatly, I sent an email to Hoselink and they answered my email immediately and said that there must be a problem and will send out a new hosereel immediately. So far the new one seems to work perfectly, I suppose time will tell. I was impressed with the speed at which my problem was dealt with, thank you”

“I purchased a 30 metre hose reel over 2 years ago and although it gave some trouble since shortly after being new, we perservered with it. However, it eventually failed to release. After contacting Hoselink, I was advised to return it for a possible repair. This I did, with the post-paid docket they supplied. They made the decision tyhat the ubit was in fact failty and replaced it with a completely new unit, totally free, although it was almost 12 months out of warranty. We can't recomend Hoselink highly enough. Thank you, Steve.”

“I purchased the Evolve Retractable Hose Reel (30m) 5 months ago in November 2024 and found it makes my life so much easier, no kinking and no untangling as was the case in my old hose. The retractable mechanism works well; however, I did forget to order the special nozzle connector that allows for disposable lawn and feed sprayers to be attached. Hoselink immediately dispatched that item to me without any hassles. Well worth paying the money.”
