“Seems to be somewhat good products.. have had for a few years. I have only a few issues so far. Main one being the connections that have the on off bar on them.. they fail regularly. And only have 2 small slithers of plastic on the closing ball valve inside the housing.. this could have been designed with much thicker material to stop it breaking out so easily... apart from that , the connections can come apart easier as they get a little loose over time.. I'm hoping new O rings may help that.”

“After an initial delay regarding my email as it had gone through automaticallyto junk mail or Spam. A follow-up phone call on my behalf ment the issue I had was rectified very quickly so if you have an issue don't email ring them they are very friendly very efficient so thankfully for that Kind regards David”

“Loving the Hoselink reel. Really neatens everything up and works like a charm. The Bluetooth timer with automation app is so good too! Works exactly as expected with no drips and no fuss. Exactly what I was looking for! I needed to return one item that wasn't appropriate for my yard and Hoselink had THE BEST customer service I've seen in a long time! Thank you Hoselink.”
