“Hoselink is an Australian owned and made company so, gotta love that! 💗😊🇦🇺 I ordered my products by talking to the customer service person on the phone. It was quick, easy and straightforward. Spoke to an Australian which was all Wonderful. My products all came very quickly in the post. I'm very grateful and happy with the service. Highly Recommend. “Multi spray nozzle is fantastic I use the shower for watering and the jet for spraying back the pine bark after the birds have scratched it all over the lawn. They are my 2 go to but I'm sure in time I will utilise the many other options.”

“I have just replaced our entire hose system with Hoselink products: retractable hose reels, basic hoses and numerous accessories. Every Hoselink item is of very high quality, the ease of use and functionality are excellent. But apart from the Hoselink products, the company is a great example of how customer should be: well designed website, very prompt service and delivery, and very good communication and customer service.”

“BEST RETRACTABLE HOSE SYSTEM EVER Looks great Works perfectly Got two brackets so we can move it front and back of our building so all units can enjoy using it plus wash our cars on the street. It is very powerful for ground level units & our garden areas - and luckily just reaches windows on the 1st floor units, but does the job! Forgot to buy a Hoselink padlock but luckily got our stata locksmith to provide one, when he was in to mount the brackets. Team was lovely too and provided answers to many questions thru the purchase. Plus it arrived in two well packed shipments in record time Thanks #Hoselink!”

“Verry disappointed withthe 30m hose real we purchased as a Christmas gift had to resort back to the old hose as the preasure out of the hoselink hose was not enough to drive the sprinkler and water leakes out out the bottom of the casing when it is in use”

“Whilst I wanted to rate as 5 star in clear conscience I could not. Specifically there were 2 disappointments. 1. The hose diameter for the 10m Compact Portable Hose Reel is smaller than Hoselink standard hose. It meant that I could not directly add a flow control connection to allow me to turn off the water flow without having to travel back to the tap. An oversight on my part for 'assumming' compatability of parts. 2. When I connected the Reel to test the unit both hose ends leaked. On inspection the hose nut and ferrules were not tight. I tightened them and checked if this was a requirement in the assembly instructions. It was not. As stated, disappointing.”
