“The hose connecter with flow control is easy to fit and use. I use them on both my hoses however both just failed within weeks of each other As others have mentioned the internals are what failed, so maybe time to review how and what they are manufactured from.”

“The handheld sprayer is not well designed at all the full and the jet are so similar that you can't actually use them to water to strong. . The Centre one just doesn't water anything cause it's spread out. I find it very annoying that there's no handle on it so you can hook it onto something to hose something down for awhile. I will go back to using my Kmart $4 sprayerVery disappointing for 40 odd bucks. The hose itself is okay”

“I like the concept of the hoselink but very dissapointed with the low pressure we receive, I have to use my old hose when I want to water bigger areas and can only use yours for very slow hand watering. It is not our water supply as our old hoses spray great. The longer hose is useless. Also disappointed that when I bought mine there was no advice about buying a bigger hose. I have spent about $1000 and have rang and complained.”

“The 14mm hose and reel is fantastic as advertised . Given Bal 40 now imposed on residential dwellings another model would be great with a 16 mm hose that assists fire fighting - perhaps with 20m to adjust the weight factor placed on the wall mounted reel”

“I now have 4 Hoselink hoses with the oldest unit being 5 years old. I have had issue free watering and an very satisfied with the products that I have bought from Hoselink. The weeder is fantastic and works exceptionallt well.”

“I now have my second hose retractable reel in place and the installation was smooth. This coupled with my new impulse spike (the old one tangled with a mower) means that the the chuff chuff of it in operation sounds like summer and cricket ovals and golf courses. Its just great for an old Aussie.”

“For years, I worked with long hoses wrapping them on the wall saddle with the traditional "overworked, underpaid" alternating coils. I then moved to a spool and crank device. I just purchased and hung my third Hoselink 30-metre unit. They work really well and I can cover all corners of the property. We are getting older and having retractable reels is a great option. Also, I see the new 8-function spray gun is simpler to use and maintenance free, a great improvement. Well recommended.”

“I purchased a Hose Connector with Flow Control 12mm which was sent in a reverse configuration, to which HoseLink replaced. Now the replacement has pulled away from the screw making the unit inoperable. I was very happy with HoseLink a few years ago but for the price it's now seems like junk that is trading off it's once good reputation and name. Dissatisfied”
