I am sorry about this Lindy! I can appreciate where you are coming from, it's never ideal to miss out on a sale. As I'm sure you can understand, all sales must have a start and end date and there are always going to be people who miss out. Unfortunately though, we are bound by the start and end date of each promotion, and backdating these is not an option given the huge number of requests we get. “I have used several hose reels over my 45 years of gardening and found the Hoselink hose reel the only one to survive more than a few years. I've now had the hoselink reel and 20m hose assembly for over 6 years, purchased in 2018. Ive bought spare parts for the flow regulator and more recently had them replaced for free (plus postage). I cant fault the service I've received.”

“Excellent the retractable hose is so smooth no more tugging The water from it sprays beautifully with no sore hands whilst operating it I haven’t used the other products yet but I know they will be as superior as the hose”

“Unfortunately I have no idea how the tofu t works yet as the installation paid for hasn’t occurred. The first guy was sick and then deferred and then cancelled and I haven’t heard from the second guy. Haven’t had a response to follow up email. Bit disappointed.”

“Received a mister kit works very well but you don't include a tap fitting so we couldn't use it until I ordered the tap fitting, I would have thought it should have been included with the misting kit”

“After 2 long summers of struggling with hoses, reels and fittings that leaked or burst or were just unwieldy, we have invested in a Hoselink Evolve reel and accessories. Knowing the Classic was a quality product, this was an easy choice although we did delay the purchase due to affordability. The water pressure is improved and the quality of the products will hopefully result is fewer recurring costs for watering the garden, washing the car and all the other outside jobs that we need a hose for. Mounting it on the wall was easy, but I do recommend to watch the video first if, like me, you're not using power tools regularly.”

“The hose reel is high quality and much better than the ones sold by a major Hardware chain. The hose is attached to the reel is also high quality. Custoer support for spare parts is excellent.”

“Much better than the one that I bought a couple of years ago because you couldn't change the flow like you can with the new one and you can tilt the head. I just wish it was a bit longer as its not quite as long as my old one. But you can direct the spray which is great for my hanging baskets. It seems a bit more robust too. The outer edge of the head broke away on my old one.”

“Bought the Evolve retractable hoselink, it's well made, easy to install, looks fantastic, the retractable part is smooth to operate and performs extremely well. Looked at many similar products prior to purchase and Hoselink definately is rated number one overall.”
