“Many hose reels on the market one of which I bought, the hose quality is its biggest let down. Hoselink is quality well above especially during the winter months it does not go stiff and remains very playable. All in all a great product 👍🖐️”

“I have been a happy and loyal customer, for years. I was always happy with the ordering and delivery process. Unfortunately at my last order I was short changed. I was notified all ordered items were shipped., which was not true. For some reason the ordered weed puller was left left behind, in their dispatch facility. They never attempted to resend it, just keeped it quiet. They willing full did ripped me off. Only after I called their customer service, they admitted to not sending the item. No apology, questioned their conduct. They offered to send it as a new order, with free postage. My order was with free postage in the first place, not realy a special service. I will l be now rethinking my loyalty to them.”

“Good quality hose and easy to attach the bits and pieces. Delivery of our online order was also very prompt but we got a bit confused when the attachments were delivered separately from the hose itself. But in the end no dramas.”

“Thank you Hoselink for lighting up my garden. I go out every night and love the different lights scattered around the garden beds. My daughter has caught the solar bug now and is on her third light! Can't fault anything, customer service amazing, packages arrive on time and so easy to put lights in the garden. Amazing. All that's needed now is an emoji solar light and I would use it on all my texts.”

“What a wonderful company! I recently broke my hose connector and rang the company to order a new one. Not only was there a REAL person to talk to, but she immediately dispatched a new connector which I received 3 days later also and sent me a video on how to reconnect the new one. Fantastic service. Can’t recommend them more highly.”

“Hi, I have been using Hoselink products for some years now and have had some good and some not so good experiences. My 30m hose reel is very good and works beautifully. My 20m hose reel is good but does not retract as well as the 30m. The Super Jet washer was great until it broke. It snapped off at the neck leaving the female thread with the broken piece in it. I have been using the 8 pattern spray gun which has just malfunctioned with water spraying out from the side of the water volume controller. I have also had the 7 pattern spray gun with the metal components which I don't use anymore because the water flow will not cut off completely anymore.”

“i love not getting tangled up and having the hose kink and shut off the supply. I also like that my new hose reel winds back in , no more fighting to untwist the kinks and wrap it around the hose stand... It is long enough to do my whole yard without squashing my garden or lobbing over the fence.. no more boiling water on hot days and having to wait for it to drain before watering and washing the dog.”

“I ordered a 30m Evolve reel. Really happy with the build quality and engineering in the reel. Even the installation toolkit was a great addition. My only negative would be no mention of the drop in water pressure using this length of hose. I would have ordered the 20m if I knew that.”
