“Dear Hoselink - i do love you ! but i cant give you 5 stars. I have to say 'shame on you' for trying the old extra sell at the checkout. not appreciated by my grumpy demographic. I REALLY appreciated the black friday discount and fast shipping. Apart from that i highly reccommend your system as being reliable and easy to use. Excellent”

“Solar light with PIR works well. Plastic two way tap no good. Timers last 5y Max. My last one still functioning electronically but solenoid failed and no spare parts.”

“Have been using Hoselink now for around 5 Years. An excellent product, of high quality & the Hose Reel system is definitely better than any of have used. Have ordered spare part's to fit spray packs etc from bunnings. Everything that has come from Hoselink is much sturdier in quality than any other on the market Easily a Top Tier Product & even better an Australian Company A Definite 5 outa 5”

“I recently purchased some solar lights for the garden. Where I live we get a large amount of sunlight, and very little cloud. The 6 lights slowly decayed 1 by 1 in a 2-3 month period. So really what I was looking for. The great upside was, i raised my concerns, we discussed a couple of days charging without use, resetting the battery. That didn't work. Hoselink replaced all 6 items under warrenty without fuss. So far so good on the new ones.”

“so far I like the look of the hose and like the handle and the spout, but its not as functional as I had hoped, and kinks easy. It also doesnt match the colour of the hook it goes on, even though they came in a pack. But its super long which is handy!”

I am sorry about this! I can assure you it is not common to kink, if you are having issues with this if you can flow water through the Hose and lay it down in the sun for a day the hose should then go back to its original shape and the kinks should subside. “I was given a hoselink wind up hose - I luke rhe product but not happy that it can’t adapt to my power cleaner - had to go out and buy another hose to enable me to clean my paths - perhaps you should sell an adapter that fits standard fittings”

“I’m a longtime Hoselink user and have always been impressed with their products but my latest purchase was an absolute game changer!! The Metal Hose Reel with 30m hose AND I also joined another 30m hose onto it - now allows me to water all my plants on the opposite side of our 2.5 acre block easily! No more trudging watering cans up and back our hill, a million times on watering day! Love it!”
