My broken hand held item was 2 months outside of warranty, however I covered the cost of shipping and they presented me with a new/replacement free of charge. I was very pleased with that, and would hope this experience is representative of like experiences.”

So now I water the garden, wash the car, the gutters and the windows all with Hoselink products that suit our smaller space. These new products are fantastic also.”

“I'm very pleased with my 2 Hoselink Evolve hoses. The ease with which the hose pulls out and retracts from it's housing is almost effortless. The sprayer and on/off lever is easy to use and as is stated "no leaks"! They also look so much better than seeing the hose 'hanging' on the hook on the wall!”
