“I have been using hoselink hoses for over 18 years and they are brilliant. Recently I had an issue with a four year old 30m hose and hoselink were so professional and sensational after sales service. I have recommended them to many friends who also love their hoselink hoses.”

“Purchased misting system with timer. Very happy with product so far, though have only used 10 times or so. A fine mist and what appears to be a quality materials. Far superior to another brand purchased from Bunnings. Would give 5 stars if it’s still working well in a few years.”

“We have had the original hoselink for about 6 years now and it still works as perfect as the day we bought it and have not had to replace any of the hose guns that we have leaft attached in the QLD sun all that time. We have just bought our third one for our son for Christmas for his new family home. Even better to support a Australian family business”

“Excellent customer service and sturdy products. Ordered standalone reel and there was an issue with a connector. One easy call and they immediately sent a replacement part. Wonderful. Highly recommend.”

“I've taken one star off for one crucial reason. There's no method to lock the entire hosereal to your wall. Especially when its mounted out the front of one's home. I'm also having to develop a shade cloth cover for mine, as I can't see the plastic lasting more than five summers in 40° heat. Be nice if hoselink had some custom covers to disguise and protect when not in use. My wife loves em however, so, happy wife, Happy life!”

“I purchased the stand-alone hose reel box. It suits my needs well, as I live in a rfetirement village and it is difficult to mount a conventional reel on the wall. The unit is well priced and delivery was very prompt. It works well in our small garden.”

“As I get older normal hose connections become harder to use , Hoselink has given me back my love of gardening . So easy to use and I don't have to keep going back to the tap .”

“The Hoselink product is definitely of high quality. The let-down, however, is in the auto timer which for unknown reason does not allow manual control at all. This is very disappointing and for my personal application rendered it useless.”
