“Great service when replacement parts are required, though it would have been nice to know that an adapter for “snap fittings” was available when I first purchased my hose reel 3 years (or so) ago.”

“Ordered my hose and couplings but arrived damaged with holes in hose. Sent an email as per instructions and got instant reply. Was impressed with replacement policy and very pleased with entire outcome”

“The hoselink products are of high quality and easy to use. No more fixtures popping off any more. I am now buying them for my son for his birthday. Hopefully a present that will last and last. Though I think they could improve their website by adding step by step instruction on assembling hose connections.”

“Purchased a metal hose reel box without hose included. Easy to assemble. I have deducted one star because the hose clamp was bent and therefore the join leaked. Had to go a buy another clamp - inconvenient. The box has certainly tidied up a hose mess at the side of the house. Neat and tidy and easy to use.”

“Good & flexible pale blue hose easy to coil up & use for the caravan drinking water supply. No taste even with the hose in the sun. When attaching the selected connector set to the hose follow the instructions carefully - particularly where the white locking collar (or 'olive') is to be placed at the end of the hose. The 'standard' hose fittings also fit this hose if needed.”

“Only had this a few weeks but it’s already been very good. We had another retractable hose previously that eventually just didn’t rewind, hence trying Hoselink. Love the connections which allows you to use all the usual gardening accessories. Awesome!”
