“very good product my wife loves it!. Customer service and delivery was on time. Easy to assemble. Saves a lot of time as manual rolling of hose istime consuming and a nuisance. My wife is strong, however she suggests it may be too powerful a pull for elderly people to operate.”

“It’s a bit annoying that first time customers get a discount and regulars get zippo / zero , even when I recently advised a fitting to attach generic adapters notching but thanks for your feedback !! Getting like the banks I feel , screw the loyalty give the bonus to the one time user ??”

“When my order was incomplete, I waited several days for communication from Hoselink. When none was forthcoming, I contacted them and found that it was a genuine mistake, not just a matter of separate shipping, The missing items were promptly forwarded and then I could go ahead and use my mini hosereel. It works just as I had hoped. neat and tidy and very convenient.”

“We have installed a number of Hoselink hoses and accessories in our garden and are very happy with them. They work well and are easy to setup. On the odd occasion when we have had questions or issues the service Hoselink provided was excellent.”

“I live on a small hobby farm and catch rainwater into tanks from our roof for our water supply. it is therefor vital that our garden hose fitting do not leak or burst under the extra pressure cause by our water pumps. Hoselink fittings have proven to be reliable! Over the last 15 or do years that I’ve used them I’ve replaced every hose fitting throught to farm.”

“With a small issue on our evolve hose reel, I contacted hoselink and your reply was quick and my issue was resolved with you sending me a new reel. These are not the first Hoselink products I have purchased but being in a new house bought all new hoses and reels. Could not be happier with the quality and service of your hoses, reels and accessories.”
