“Overall I thhink the quality is good but I recently purchased more Accessory Connectors with swivel. They have a metal inner, unlike the previous ones I have bought. I think it is harder to connect and it doesn't swivel as freely.”

“We have several stations around our house and any time a problem arises (Usually my fault) the Lovely Support Crew are always on hand to help and offer the best solutions. Feel like I'm part of the family now. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Our original hose link hose and reel is fantastic, we have since purchased a second one (the black version) which is rubbish, has never retracted properly and I have to fight with it each time is use it. The accessories for the hoses are great though, it’s just a shame the quality of the hose reels has decreased as your business has succeeded.”

“Thank you to hoselink warranty department. i bought my 30m reel about 5 years ago and from day one i thought the flow was not as good as it should be. But we did have local water pipe blockages, so i put up with it to long. one day i decided to pull apart the fluid adjusment control and found it onl opening half way. I call hoselink and they said that it should not be like that, so immediately they organised a new connector to be deliver free of charge. Thank You HOSELINK.”

“I am so pleased I came across this website! It is the most amazing company I've dealt with in a very long time. I started off with just a couple of things that I thought I would try, and it hasn't been a mistake. Hoselink has been amazing, and just when I thought I didn't need anything else, I did! “I am in my mid 80s and arthritis is the bane of my life. The clever design connecting hose/tap fittings etc is a blessing for me and the Hose Reel Cart and Portable Hose Reel have simplified watering and hose control. Thank you”
