“This is why we buy from a family run business, they care. I recently had a leak in part of my sprayer that would normally not have a fault. My part was replaced free of charge ( we paid postage) evan though the warranty had run out. Thank you”

“I am very pleased with my hoselink hoses and sprinklers. But with my last order of spare parts i was asked to provide my date of birth for a gift, my birthday was the day i completed the form but i must be unlucky no gift was sent.”

“Service can only be described as excellent. We needed a part for a retractable hose that we bought years ago. Hoselink were easy to deal with and replaced the part efficiently and at no cost. It should be noted that the original part was not faulty but rather met its demise when one of dogs was teething. Thank you to the Hoselink team.”

“So far, the quality of the Hoselink products seems above average, and I’ve been generally impressed. However, I did run into an issue after purchasing a 20 metre hose reel for my dad. Unfortunately, he’s found the fittings difficult to swap out, which has made it challenging for him to use. In the end, I had to buy him a Holman hose reel from Bunnings, as he’s more comfortable with the standard click fittings. I’ve decided to keep the Hoselink reel myself, so now we have two at home. I also wanted to mention my disappointment in discovering that the hose reel was not made in Australia as stated on the box. I was under the impression that it was made in Australia, possibly from something I’d read. Also a friend of mine mentioned that when he purchased his, the post-delivery survey included an option stating “Because it was Australian made” as a reason for buying. That added to my belief that I was supporting a locally made product.”
