“Stayed at Havelock apartments flat 2 Whitby for weekend. Flat is spacious and comfortable. It had all the facilities needed for our stay. The beds were spotless and very comfortable with high quality bedding. Will definitely return.”

“We had a really great week in Saltburn and the apartment Turnstone was really lovely. Very comfortable, clean and had everything to make it a really easy stay. The position in the middle of Saltburn could not have been better. Definitely recommend Signals for breakfast.”

“Positives: Great location Negatives: Filthy walls, areas not dusted (even though you must pay £60 cleaning fee, bed broken, unruly neighbours (fighting and swearing at night) the property is not suitable for young families with children. Also the stairs are lethal, not recommended for the elderly. Drainage problems outside and the fridge was smelly. We left early and found a much nicer property for the rest of our stay. The company offered us 15% refund on next stay with them, I would recommend anyone never to use HOST AND STAY. If you are forced to pay £60 for the cleaning you expect it done.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the skyline apartment. 5 minutes walk into town & the harbour. Apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. The parking was tight but we only had a small car.”

“The property was beautiful and clean and had everything one would need. We ate out most evenings but that was our choice- if you didn’t want to it wouldn’t have been a problem. Host and stay were in constant touch which was brilliant, altho we didn’t need to reach out. It might be nice to have some brochures available of places to visit, but we really enjoyed our stay”

“We have just returned.from our fabulous stay at Lavender cottage Grosmont. The cottage was beautiful and so clean and cared for. Everything we needed was there i could.have moved in It was so welcoming. I would recommend staying there. It's only downfall is it is on a steep hill but we.managed it just. Regards Susan and Dennis Thomas. Booked through Marny Jolly.”

“The communication between myself and Host&Stay was really good I got all the information I needed before arriving at the apartment and the handy online guidebook helped with getting to know the apartment fscislties, key safes and departure checks. Would 100% recommend Host & Stay to friends and family and will book with them again in the future!!”

“Definitely recommend this apartment. When I arrived it was very clean and in perfect condition. Would deffo recommend for a weekend away. Price is reasonable especially for the standard on the apartment. Deffo would recommend. 😁”

“We stayed at Northumberland Bockenfield park the lodge 53 this was sold as a lodge but it’s not a lodge it was a caravan, whilst we had a great time,and the lodge is in an ideal location to get around to tourist destinations, the lodge was tidy but lacked storage for holidaymakers, most of the cupboards/ drawers were filled with the owners property it felt as if we had stayed at a relatives for a week. The kitchen was equally brimmed with owners belongings there was only 1 cupboard for use to use. Other than this it’s an ideal lodge for a small family, not 4 adults, there is only 1 double bed and the singles you cannot join together due size of the rooms. .”
