Very happy to say that beautiful room has been got us and the furnisher the old collection and pictures books wonderful collection feel like we are at own house best view of seaside and all we need at home that all avaible over there thank for making our vacation best thank you

Lovely apartment. Nice to have fully equipped kitchen and an enormous bed! Lots of messages and instructions from Host & Stay which made arrival and departure easy.

A gorgeous cottage in a lovely location. Nice & clean & had everything needed for a short break. Great for our dogs too. Would definitely return.

We had a great time at Beckside. The house is furnished to a very high standard. The house is also very close to everything in Pickering.

Liverpool has been one of my best holidays and everything started with the flat: friendly, clean, large, very close to the main interest points. The flat is quiet in a stunning residential area. I could not recommend it more and I am looking forwards to going back to Liverpool. I will rent the same flat. Try it and then you’ll understand what I mean.

The cottage is in a prime location and the owners have carefully thought about what guests might want to see whilst staying in Whitby. Lots of great information. The cottage itself was clean and cosy. Great for couples or family with older children.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! My recent experience with Host and Stay Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. My partner and I booked a property for June 10th (Reservation No. 67358), and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First, we were given the wrong keys TWICE, leaving us stranded outside the property for over three hours. Despite numerous calls and even sending photos of the keys and door, we received ZERO help and had to find alternative accommodations at our own expense. To make matters worse, the refund process was a joke. After over 30 calls and countless emails over two months, we managed to get a partial refund, but it was nowhere near what was promised. We’re still owed £56, and trying to get this resolved has been a complete waste of time. Their complaints manager, Bethany, has been impossible to reach, with endless excuses about her being in meetings or away from the office. This company clearly has no regard for its customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against using Host and Stay Management. They failed to provide basic service, and their customer support is utterly useless. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere!

This company is 100% a scam, they took money from myself and many people I know. Be wary that anyone that writes otherwise is likely associated with the company in some way . I am not able to withdraw anything... Now, the site appears to be down completely, thanks to COVSECLTD*COM who helped me recover my losses.

We stayed at Farthings in Whitby, it was beautiful! So lovely and clean, beds amazingly comfy. Tea/coffee/sugar was provided, along with dishwasher tablets and shower gel/shampoo/soaps. It was a lovely touch. The location of the property is excellent, approximately 5 minute walk away from magpie cafĂ© and the swing bridge. The double drive is a BIG bonus, especially as parking comes at a premium in Whitby. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, thanks for the lovely memories đŸ„°

Great Location, Spacious House, but Major Issues with WiFi and Hot Water We recently stayed at Hampton House and were impressed with the location and the spaciousness of the house. It’s a great spot for a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The place was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, our experience was marred by a few significant issues. The WiFi was not working at all during our entire stay, despite bringing it up with customer service every day. Unfortunately, it never got resolved, which was very frustrating and added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. Additionally, the bathrooms on the top floor had no access to hot water. This meant our entire group had to use a single bathroom, leading to long waits and inconvenience. We also reported this to customer service, but received no response. The most concerning issue, however, was that we were locked out of the house for four hours because the lock wasn’t working. We had young children with us, and waiting outside for that long was incredibly frustrating. After repeatedly calling customer service, we were told the pin should be working, but no one was sent out to help. We eventually had to climb through a window to get inside something we should never have had to do. While the house itself has potential and the location is fantastic, these issues with basic amenities really detracted from our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much smoother experience. Hopefully, these problems can be addressed for future guests.

When we reached there, we had to wait for a while and as the second door wasn’t working so my brother in law had to go through the window to open the door which causes a security issue as anyone could’ve came in that would’ve been unsafe for the kids present there. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working the whole time even though the team member claimed there was a box to connect, there wasn’t and the Wi-Fi sign they had didn’t even show. And communication was poor throughout the trip as there were delays of him responding and when he did or someone else did, they weren’t much help. Especially with young kids present on the trip, there were more issues such as the two showers upstairs didn’t work so everyone had to use one bathroom which was a inconvenience as with 12 of us, this took a lot of time. Despite informing Charlie and his team, they didn’t provide much help. The parking was an issue as well as there was hardly any space to park and we had to park in a tight space near the house.
