“My apartment at Queens Square Wolverhampton ,Uk was clean and ok but the wifi took 2 days to be installed and the electric cooker did not work throughout my one week stay .this was a terrible service as I received no feedback, apologies or even compensation despite my several emails and getting promises to have it resolved.i was forced to spend extra by eating out,why would I book an airbnb if I couldn't make my hot meals,I could have easily booked a hotel room instead”

“Stayed at a lovely holiday home in Scarborough. Very clean, great position, easy walk to the beach. Great to be able to take the dog. Everything we needed was there. Would stay again.”

“Apartment was lovely and clean in Whitby. Good location. However, the Wifi was terrible, we found mouldy bread and other opened foods in the cupboard when we arrived. Considering there was three toilets there was hardly any toilet rolls. Some of the glasses were either cracked or chipped.”

“Our apartment in Tynemouth was perfect in every way. It is one of the most uplifting spaces we have been in for some time, with large bay window overlooking beautiful lush gardens to the front and the ocean to the side. The decor is beautiful and homely balancing contemporary with the exquisite period features. The huge bed was super comfortable. Lucy was lovely in her greeting and her farewell to us. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to be just round the corner from the gorgeous town of Tynemouth and the fabulous beach and promenade.”

“Graham House in Osmotherly is a lovely property in a great location. The house was perfect for our party with 4 big double rooms, each with ensuite bathroom, and spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. The only criticism is that the kitchen has too few cooking utensils for a big self catering party and could do with more than 1 chopping board, some bigger pans and serving dishes. Overall, it's a lovely house and we would highly recommend it.”

“We found Harbour View House Whitby to be a large tastefully decorated property with stunning views across Whitby harbour. We were a party of 9 celebrating a significant birthday and were delighted with the facilities the house provided, especially the on site 2 car parking. The bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, crisp linen and plenty of towels. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with 3 large sofas and side tables. The outside space, on 2 levels, was very much appreciated although the larger area on the lower level would benefit from some weeding. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good supply of china and glassware. However cleaning materials and dishwasher tabs were in short supply. The only negative aspect we found is that as a party of 9 in 3 separate family groups, 2 bathrooms are somewhat inadequate. We found the steps within the property along with those outside to the road could be managed with care by our senior family members.”

“We had a brilliant time in Whitby, the accommodation was splendid! Excellent location, great views of the Abbey, comfortable bed and good price! Definitely recommend Whitby and The Loft!”

“Lovely apartment, great location, very clean and modern inside. Short distance from the beach and all other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that we paid for 3 days of parking and then realised that there was a parking permit inside the apartment which wasn’t advertised online or advised of when we booked”

“Sandpiper apt absolutely perfect, lovely and homely, the welcome pack is such a nice touch. My husband loved the shower so spacious as he’s quite a big guy. Would highly recommend and we will return.”

“The Greenside unit is nicely furnished and mostly very clean (some dishes being the notable exception). There were only a couple of downsides. The unit is advertised as having off-street parking, but the space is very small and extremely hard to get out of. The neighbor was nice enough to move her car the first morning so I could get out, but after that ended up needing to find street parking so I would not be stuck. The internet was not configured as was documented, so I had to contact the managing company to figure out what to do. I left two messages and they never responded, but I did figure out a workaround with the Wi-Fi. One minor issue was that there’s no shelf in the shower, so nowhere to put soap or shampoo but the floor.”

“Fantastic apartment, very modern with spacious living area. The master bedroom is huge and the second bedroom has a double bed and big enough. Loved all the mod cons and bed very comfortable. Great location for excursions all within easy access and lots of dog friendly pubs nearby. We enjoyed it very much. A few niggles but still worthy of 5 stars.”
