Martha, We would love the opportunity to replace the bad pods for you. Unfortunately we do not manufacture any of the pods we sell, however we do stand behind the products we sell. Please send us an email so we can help you!

“Site no longer let's you choose the nicotine level when there is more than one option. The site has also slowed down significantly from before. User experience has gotten worse with site and brand update.”
