“Used their website a few times and was happy initially but they made some changes recently. My biggest complain with my last order was the delay in processing and the higher shipping price compared to earlier orders. For my previous orders I paid $4-5 for shipping but for the last one I was charged almost $15 just for shipping. I decided to place the order anyway since I had already used their services in the past. However, it took them 3-4 days just to ship out the order. If the shipping would've been delayed in transit I would've understood that it wasn't their fault but the order wasn't fully processed till 3-4 days after paying for it. If they expect to pay a high amount for the shipping, it shouldn't take almost a whole business week to process the order.”

“I recently purchased about 25 disposable vapes. So far out of the 6 I opened, 3 didn't work. To be fair, I haven't reached out to the company yet but if they don't replace or fix issues I will not be ordering from them again. I'm just wondering how many more will not work. Very frustrating and expensive.”

“Ordering and delivery were wonderful. The pods are faulty though for the first pack I bought. Air is not flowing through the heated metal clip at the bottom and it burns the liquid instead of turns it into vapor. I hope the 2nd package of pods works better or at all.”

“2 out of the 4 things i got didn’t even work, i emailed them about the first one and they sent me a gift card which was nice. i then opened the 2nd one and it didn’t work either so i emailed them just asking for my money back for both those items because i won’t be buying from here again and no one has got back to me yet”
