“I have purchased from this company about 6 times now. They were great and delivery was on time when delivered by US Mail. My last order has not arrived via UPS and the tracking information is the same as it was after initially ordered. I have called 3 times and no one can give me any information when it will be delivered or why it is latel”

“1- checkout process changed my ship to address. I set an address, then in the checkout process it reverted to my billing Adrress.. not sure if this will be deliverable.. 2- called/contact formed immediately. No reply for 2 days, then was told “this shipped, contact ups” 3- paid $35 for expedited delivery, still took 6days and isn’t delivered as of right now.”

“I called in my order because i was having troubles on your site placing my order. Then i had to call back a second time to ask about the 10% discount they didnt honor. I was told they would but the guy NEVER DID GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT as i learned by seeing both the email and my bank statement!!!”

“The pods I have been getting don’t taste like the strawberry ones I was and then I switched to mixed fruit and they just don’t last like they used to, then I’m now being charged &$10.00 to ship On top Of that. We are Just not getting what we are accustomed to or acceptable”

“I haven't had a problem in the past but this time one box was opened. Also one of the slim pods was dead after opening, two others tasted burnt, which I have never experienced with the Mango flavor. This last shipment was a disappointment.”

“I never did get my order. It get lost in the mail and then I had to deal with Route to get it replaced. Long story short I never did get my pods and it took weeks to get my refund from Route. I was under the impression that's why we pay for the shipping insurance but, they don't do ANYTHING until the post either returns the product or it goes a work week once reported lost. So, no real reason to pay for the Route shipping insurance. It really does you no good in the end. I don't know.. Its Money and partners first then customer. Too bad they could have had me on the hook for 80.00 a month. Maybe more...”
