“To start off Flavors amazing, shipping was fast but so far the first 2 I opened after 2 days the light continuously pulls and lights blinking and died on its own. Waste of money so far”

“For MONTHS I have been trying to reset my password so I could apply points. Because this proved to be unsuccessful, I was eventually told to place my order, then inform Elaine of my order # so she could apply points for me... which I did... sent her an email.... and rec'd nothing. Jeff, the tech person was to call me (numerous times).. He hasn't yet. Apparently, he is the only person that can help fix my password reset... does Jeff even work there? So nothing has changed that would help your customer's satisfaction. I simply do not understand why this is such a problem. Your product is great... customer support, sadly, not so much. I send this anonymously because I fear future "attitude".”

“The order was scheduled for delivery by UPS on Thursday, October 13, before 7 PM. It did not come. UPS tracking says it's on it's way with the delivery date changed from 10/13/22 to the following message " The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. If you'd like to resend survey after actual deliver takes place I might be able to fill it out more accurately.”

“Your site had an ad, buy 4 get 1 free. The past 2 orders I did not receive my 3 free bottles of vape liquid. I even sent a message informing you about this, I still haven't gotten a response. I will start looking for a new company to purchase my vape liquid from.”

“I reached out before but never received a response. I have ordered several times and each time had a device that didn't work for several different reasons. I have had probably 5 Sol devices over all my orders that the juice had all leaked out so they never worked. One time I had a Sol device that when I took the first puff it stayed activated until it burned itself completely out, without me drawing on it after the first puff. One time one of the devices was broken when I opened it, in 2 pieces and the juice leaked out. I hada Lava bar that all the juice was leaked out when I opened the package.”

“I have been a long time customer and have received packages of Pods after packages of Pods that do not have any menthol taste or have the burnt taste. I called to complain they said that they cannot eat anymore expensive cost to refund customers money. I guess it’s gotten financially ridiculous to sell half ass product. I have taken my business to another company and have had no issues.”

“While I know they can't control what their shipper does they can control who they ship with and for the past several months the shipper is horrible. The packages never ever arrive on time if you pay the $35 to get it next day or even 2 day. The ground shipments are almost always delayed or lost and take up to 10 days to arrive and UPS can't even give updates on their shipment like they do with other vendors. I am once again left wondering where my package is almost a week after placing an order.”
