“To whom this may concern: I've been buying disposables for a year now each time that I use a different card...my card gets compromised. I sent a message to contact you guys and all I got back was sorry we have never had that complaint before that's it....if you valued your customer base your response back shouldve had more depth to it.”

“I have been ordering for many moths now. More often than not I receive vuse pods that do not work. I used to not say anything bc I know stuff happens but after a while it felt like I was wasting a lot of money buying 2/3 4packs at a time and having multiple pods broken. So my last order I had 6 out of 8 pods not work at all. I finally emailed your company explaining the situation and they gave me a $28 credit which didn’t replace all pods and still charged me $10..99 for shipping. My order typically comes to around $58 I did not appreciate that at all. I haven’t ordered since until this past Monday. I just placed an order on 7/3/23 which I am still waiting for delivery.”

“I like it better when UPS delivers my package from this company USPS is the worst it took they never delivered it I had to go and pick it up and then they couldn't find it. I got a call at 4:00 pm that the package was found.”

“Sometimes orders are processing for 4-5 days with no reasoning to customer. Will soon have to start looking elsewhere. Most of the time shipping is quick.”

“Recently bought 15 packs of pods and half of them were yellow not clear. tried several times to contact customer service and only get a recording to email company. The yellow liquid may not be harmful but tastes like its already been used!!! Trying to get replacements.”

“We have tried to keep an open account for months and always can’t get in due to password problem then we get locked out due to trying to many times so we will never use our points we’ve earned which I guess y’all love or you’d fix the site we order everything as a guest thanks”

“Delivery is usually fast; however if you order on a Friday, you won’t get your order until Tuesday or Wednesday. Also, I was given a code “Repeat10” because I am a consistent customer, and it never works for me. I have emailed customer support numerous times about this, and my emails are ignored. I think there should be a better loyalty program for consistent customers.”

“For MONTHS I have been trying to reset my password so I could apply points. Because this proved to be unsuccessful, I was eventually told to place my order, then inform Elaine of my order # so she could apply points for me... which I did... sent her an email.... and rec'd nothing. Jeff, the tech person was to call me (numerous times).. He hasn't yet. Apparently, he is the only person that can help fix my password reset... does Jeff even work there? So nothing has changed that would help your customer's satisfaction. I simply do not understand why this is such a problem. Your product is great... customer support, sadly, not so much. I send this anonymously because I fear future "attitude".”
