Over £60 of goods missing from parcel. Rude and inefficient investigation, accused me of theft! I advise against purchasing anything from this organisation.

Awful service. Received a marketing email last weekend offering a free gift with two Estee Lauders purchases (usual condition of one being skincare). I ordered within an hour or so of receiving the email. Paid extra for prompt delivery. Parcel arrived on the Monday - no free gift. Emails exchanged with customer service who basically said bad luck, there aren't any left but went on to claim order had been sent in line with policy therefore no free return but they would refund my original postage. I paid £4.20 to return the goods (signed for). (Refund has just come - they havent refunded my original postage fee. Therefore I am nearly £13 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I will not be shopping with HofF again and will make sure friends and family know what happened. Very unimpressed. It was obvious that they forgot to add the free gift before posting but couldn't admit that as that would mean they'd had to pay for the return. (I don't belive they sold out in two hours!) Gone downhill. Also since when did a brand like HofF not offer free returns? Terrible.

It’s not good as it hasn’t arrive yet. Ordered it feb 9, took the money out of my account, and up until now it hasn’t arrive.

Shocking service and I'll never buy online with them again! I ordered black boxers, but they sent me white boxers. They also came in a very tired looking box, so I couldn't have gifted these if I wanted too. The box had previously contained black boxers, but someone had put white in there. You can clearly see the white boxers through the vision panel in the vision panel. I dare not take them out of the box either, in case they had been worn! Now I've got to pay for the return posting and go 4 miles to the nearest post office. Sort out your proceses on returns, and learn the difference between black and white. Never again House of Fraser!

I bought a tote Armani bag, that had size Large in the description. When I received the parcel, I found out it was Small size! So, I returned it for a refund

I ordered a Hugo boss jacket for my partner, clearly when it arrived I measured it to other jackets my partner has and clearly not the size as noted in the label, I paid for postage and postage back to you! This is not acceptable £8.50, now I’m £15 out of pocket because if your mistake! 97455 978 489 Mrs d parker

I've still yet to receive my items. Please confirm a delivery date as I paid for next day delivery and I have now been waiting for over a week.

We ordered 8 days ago and selected next day delivery. That delivery has still not arrived so I can’t review the products!!!!

Both times i’ve ordered from here the packing that the items have came in have been damaged, both items were gifts for people and had to be gifted with the damaged packing.

Did not send 2 of the 5 items ordered and paid for. Upon querying this issue customer services (Jordan) replied with an obtuse response, without apology and suggesting all items had been dispatched. Not a standard of customer service that works for me, so I will shop elsewhere in future.

Cancelled the order after charging me. Ordered an item as a gift for next day delivery. Found out the next day it's cancelled. No customer service what so ever.

I am really disappointed. The shoes I received are mouldy! I sent an email as soon as my order arrived but have received no response. I assume the shoes were kept in a damp warehouse. I am hoping for a refund or replacement...

I recently bought some wellington boots, the size sent were not the size i selected it was a system error at house of fraser but you wouldnt return the postage costs i wont ever use you again - it was my first and now last experience of using you. You did refund the product money swiftly though only good thing

I have sent 3 requests asking for a prepaid return label for an exchange as the wellies are faulty and I have still not received a reply.!! Appalling customer service!

I bought 2 jumpers on sale and waited 10 days. I never received it so when I contacted HOF they said that they will investigate but I’ve never heard from them so that I had to chase them again and again. They wouldn’t refund or resend them, not unless the courier confirms that my items have lost in transit. I was stuck in the between. They are the most disorganised unhelpful company that I ever had to deal with besides BT. I had to ask PayPal to step in to get my money back. Highly not recommended!

It is just unbelievable that I had to pay a lot of money to return the unwanted items. If I ever knew HOF was charging for returns, I would never buy those items. I spent almost the amount , I bought the items. That was ridiculous even in this pandemic situation. You should be more flexible and with your customers. Since there is no chance to see things and you can’t be sure about your size. Thats why I had to order different sizes for the same item. I won’t order anything online again. It is unacceptable.
