Ordered an Item 7days ago, paid for next day delivery which I would like refunded as I still havent received it! Very poor service indeed from Frasers.

Only 2 of my 3 items arrived and I reported and was told this was being checked with the warehouse team. I have had to chase up as still no response

My order did not arrive even though I paid for it and I have been waiting for over 10 days. Customer servive does not work! it is not possible to contact anyone via webchat, despite multiple emails, no one answered. My money has not been refunded and my package still has not arrived. The shipping company informed me that they did not recieve the package from the sender, so it was definitely the seller's fault. Very poor quality of service, failure to keep promises and delivery standards. Never buy again.

I had to pay Delivery 3x times. What a poor service. Firstly I paid delivery on my first purchase. I asked for an exchange and HOF just refunded my money. Even when the size I need it still on sale. So I purchase again and paid again delivery (£10 in total). When I return the jacket I had to pay for special delivery (£16 pounds because my jackets are £320 ) and needed to cover Insurance in case of lost. Poor service and customer service. Hated! I will never purchase online again.

I recently ordered a coat on behalf of my (elderly Mum) for £130 but noticed on the email confirmation the wrong colour was quoted, contacted HOF straight away but too late to cancel, ordered it again in the correct colour as didn’t want to lose out on the sale price. Both coats arrived very promptly but the sizing was incorrect. Having spent £9.98 for the 2 coats to be delivered I was astounded no free returns, hence it cost me a further £17.80 to return the coats whilst I now wait a £260 refund, so £27.78 it has cost me to order a coat for it then to be returned due to incorrect sizing, given the current situation, and no opportunity to try goods, on I find this very disappointing, ordinarily I would’ve ordered a diff size but won’t now on the principle I would be charged again to return if unsuitable. Many of HOF competitors offer free returns over a minimum spend.

Ordered items 10 days ago, paid for next day delivery and still do not have them! Poor customer service, no one can tell where the items are or when I will receive them. Sarcastic and useless response from customer service. I would recommend you look elsewhere and do not use.

Bought 3 items size 10-11 for my 7 year old boy, who is of normal size, nothing fits, your sizes are rubbish, I bought a 8-9 boys top from next it fits fine, with room to grow, the coat I bought wouldn't fit his 5 Yr old brother, waste of time

Where to begin? 1. I took advantage of a sale item which was a Hugo Boss Polo Shirt which I couldn't resist as it was a decent price; I thought I may as well pay the little bit extra for next day delivery as it was a bargain and only a couple of pound extra. All was good with the purchase at first until... 2. The item didn't arrive next day and I received an email regarding this giving me a code to cover the delivery of my next purchase; I thought ok, no problem if this purchase goes ok I will order again. 3. The item came on the second day and was left outside in the greenhouse as directed by a note on the door. No issue there until I opened the item and saw the two dreaded words that no man of a large build wants to see on an item of clothing 'Slim Fit'!!! The item when I purchased it online didn't have these words anywhere on the description so I thought great. I tried it on and had it not been slim fit and the normal fit then I would have been happy with the purchase. I am looking at returning this item but was waiting on a reply to an email I had sent customer services over a week ago now and still no reply which leads me to point 4!!! 4. Having spent time writing an email to customer services I was shocked to have waited over a week to not receive any correspondence back by way of an apology of some sort. Nothing; I have had at least 1 marketing email per day since the purchase with some amazing offers but my faith in your ordering system is now at a low point. Let's just say that my shopping experience and after care has been very bad and not giving me any encouragement in ordering again.

Arrived damaged. Emailed for a replacement but no reply. Sent all back & now have to pay postage both ways. Will not be using again.

Ordered a Ted Baker gift set from HOF, when it arrived, it had already been opened ! Both ends of the cover box had been peeled back, rendering this item useless to give as a gift, when I emailed I was told the box is only a protective cover, it was clearly obvious the cover was part of the whole package, I sent photos along with the email, I was informed a free returns label would not be issued, it was down to me to bear the cost of returning it, shocking customer service, I decided to return my whole order totalling more than £500 because of the service I received, very, very poor service, never before I have I encountered problems with HOF, but this has completely put me off shopping with them again.

How you processed the order and informed of despatch was very good, but after 7 days and contacting Hermes the parcel still has not arrived. I have made complaints to them with no satisfactory outcome, I have even sent 2 emails to you and not received a reply.

Dear Sir / Madam, In my order on 28/12/20 I’ve clearly mentioned TULIPOMANIA DUVET COVER Amethyst DOUBLE Product Code: AJ6056/00/001, but I’ve received king size. I’m not happy about your return and refund response. I’ve placed so many orders over this past month and each time I there is a delivery cost of £4.99, where as so many other stores provide free shipping over £50. I ordered some picture frames from House of Fraser , I was a bit nervous as I’d read a review from someone Saying that their frame was broken on receiving the order. However I thought I’d chance it. When my order arrived two out of the six frames were broken, it took me ages to figure out who to email to help me. They asked for photographs of the broken frames and there was a lot of to and frowing of email until eventually it was agreed they would send replacements packed properly at my request so That the whole process wouldn’t be repeated. I really like the design of the frames but the whole process was a pain.

Receive my package did not suit had to return paid £5 for postage to get my package and to return it I had to pay another 3.50 total 8.50 for nothing will not be shopping online with House of Fraser again
