The product itself was perfect, however house of Fraser online customer service poor. I sent 2 emails regarding my order as there didn’t appear to be a contact telephone number, however no one ever responded! Not good.

Two stars as the delivery didn’t take two long. Deducted 3 as delivery was £4.99 and had to pay £13 to return my item. Absolute joke that a company as large as House of Fraser is charging for returns - especially seeing as shops were closed and it’s the only option I had. Such a joke and will be buying from elsewhere from now on.

I use to love shopping with you, my first order in a while cost 4.99 for delivery and 8.80 to send it back.i use to get it delivered to co-op and return there. Its disgusting. Never again.

Received my parcel and although the outer packaging was fine, every box inside was damaged, one of the products had fallen out of its box. I have messaged customer services numerous times and sent pictures, but have not had any response of to what to do, these are Christmas gifts.

I had problems with on line shopping. Ordered a white shirt. What was sent was a tatty, damaged, dirty article that I wouldn't use to wash my car. Cannot get the shirt I wanted. So no deal. Visited a store yesterday. Spent 30 minutes at the till because a) it didn't work properly and b) the member of staff couldn't process my Recognition card. Also bought pair of trousers, my size, which when got home were obviously 2 sizes smaller. So, now I have to make a trip back to change them. Not happy

I have had many online orders, and majority of the orders were badly handled, by customer service. Poor service. And incompetent.

Items ordered and received in good time however all had the number 5 written on them in pen. Clearly a way of ensuring items for each order were put together however Items were for Xmas presents and now look like they have been won in a raffle. HOF have agreed to investigate and refund if items are deemed “faulty” however items are not faulty just look like raffle winnings.

I feel you need to increase the returns options. Majority of retailers give several options for returns and most if not all offer a free return policy especially in the current pandemic. Delivery costs are way to expensive.

I hven't received part of my order although Hermes says it has. Still not received black Friday deal of 20 pounds per 100 pounds spent.

I ordered a King Size duvet cover. In light of COVID 19, I immediately discarded the packaging and put the item in the washing machine. To my disappointment, the duvet cover was actually super king size and now I am awaiting feedback on what can be done to resolve HoF's error.

Purchased Merrell Boots when they arrived left & right boot were a different colour, have returned at my cost when it was not a fault of mine and have requested another pair so keeping my fingers crossed they will be ok. So disappointed.

I have only given a 3 star review as I was most concerned to find someone else's delivery note & invoice in my package! GDPR??? I bought the goods for my husband for Christmas so can't comment on that yet but I'm sure he will appreciate it.

I find your delivery charges very high when you have to pay to return an item as well!! I paid out £4.99 twice as I had to reorder an item I got in the wrong size and then I had to pay £4 to return it to you!! So the money I saved with the discount I spent in delivery and returns anyway. Surely if you spend over £100 (which I did) you’d get free delivery.

Product itself was as expected and would recommend - my husband has had them before & said they are comfortable & light, however the packing was disgraceful! The box was in pieces!! Couldn’t give as a gift as absolutely terrible & couldn’t wrap as wasn’t in 1 piece. The sketchers product itself I would recommend but not from House of Fraser’s if it’s a gift! Absolutely disgraceful. Should have sent without a box as opposed to one that wasn’t even held together & looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse for years.

I feel like they’ve gone down hill. Lost my parcel so contacted customer care - they were amazing - sent my parcel and it didn’t arrive in a box! So just my items packaging, no packing note with it and a big reduced price on the side for less than I’d paid for it. I was told, this is normal for the item I had bought. Fair to say I won’t buy again!
