I am missing items from my order, I emailed customer services on the delivery day and still haven’t heard anything back. Wasn’t particularly well packaged for House of Fraser but it was sale stuff so...?

The bras I bought was small. They stated as 36c but it was actually same as 32. But if house of Fraser has better return policy. Definitely I would return and buy another one. But I have already paid £5 postage and gonna pay more for return for something which is not my fault.you need to either sell a good standard products or have a better return policy.

I received an order the majority of which was fine . However one item was ripped and dirty. I paid 4.99 delivery then had to pay 3.70 to return the item. It wasn't expensive so probably paid as much on delivery as for item . I am hoping for replacement or money returned but not had confirmation you have received item back and returned it last week.

Disappointed that after spending over £300 I had to pay for postage and then also pay for my returns.

I think the click and collect option should be free especially if you are spending over £100. I also really think that if you returning an item for an exchange then your return service should be free of charge and paid for by HoF. That is twice I have paid for postage on the same order. Under these circumstances at the moment it is not possible to shop in person then online services are used. Therefore, I think cashing in on this with the postage to customers is not very appealing as a store/business. I'll think twice about shopping here because of that.

Packaging was not good cellotape stuck on gifts and also one item was buy one get one free which I did not recieve

I wanted to order an item I couldn't find at any other website, however several days after placing the order the main item I wanted was said to be out of stock. This was very frustrating and a waste of my time - I feel HoF must have known that they had no stock of this item (like so many other retailers).

One of the items arrived (box of christmas decorations) damaged but as the cost of returning the item was at my expense it would have cost me more to return than to just dispose of the broken items. Disappointed that other companies pay return postage for damaged goods but you do not, Would think twice before ordering again.

Not very pleased with the service you provided with my order two of the items I ordered which you confirmed were available then later quite( a bit later ) you said were out of stock. I was relying on these items as presents for xmas. So was very disappointed.

I enjoy buying your items, very high quality products. However due to the current COVID-19 lockdown I had no choice but to order online. I have found this service very pricey. £9.10 spent on having the item delivered and returned as it did not fit correctly. Will not be ordering online again.

I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my purchase when it arrived. I had to request for a replacement to be sent twice. Ended up having to drive 80 miles to get it exchanged in a shop rather than risk a third time for it to be delivered . I have to say though that the shop assistants couldn't have been nicer.

Boxers are fine but annoying they came with 2 for £55 stickers on when online I had paid £61 for them
