I received my order in good time however missing was one item listed as ‘buy one get one free’ . I have emailed numerous times,blanket response and no follow up I have rung numerous times , the phone just rings out and no one answers ,and I am now composing a letter to get the rest of my order . It’s been a nightmare .customer service is not good .

The champion sweatshirt we ordered looked like it had been rolled and squashed into the plastic packaging and was not even sealed.

I bought two beauty gifts and when they arrived the gift boxes were damaged. When I order from clarins direct, it is packaged well (a box within a box) to protect the products. Disappointing as these are Christmas gifts. The ribbon was displaced which I had to re-attach. The delivery timing was good and the website and payment process was easy to use. Just a shame the Christmas packaging has arrived looking tatty.

I'd incorrectly purchased the wrong size item so had to return to get an exchange. I was shocked that I had to pay for my own return, especially when House of Fraser is such a big establishment. My return/exchange cost me £15 via the post office because it was a coat. I've never had to pay for a return even where the shop is a small boutique. I wont be shopping at House of Fraser again.

This is my second order to be delivered. First one apparently got lost in transit. I had to chase it up and instead of discussing with me my options, it was cancelled and i then had to reorder it. This order did arrive but one of the items is incorrect. I will have wait for the store to re-open post lockdown to return or replace item. The other option is to pay to return it. That is not acceptable considering its HOF mistake and mine. Again, less than positive customer service.

Initially I was delighted with the range and value of the items for sale But sadly everything came plastered with horrible sticky labels which are impossible to remove and as they are Christmas presents it has made the presents look cheap - very disappointing

Ordered xmas crackers, box smashed to pieces crackers needed tidying. Ordered from other companies over the years - all arrived in perfect condition.

I received my order damaged and raised this with HoF on 16/11, mainly a concern as I purchased it as a gift. It is now the 23/11 and Ihave't received a response. As such, my experience has been rather poor.

Disappointed. Did not respond to my email . I paid extra next day delivery and did not deliver until 3 days later . I could of got this item from another store . Secondly one of my items was cancelled and I have still not had the money refunded !

Very disappointed that the AUTUMN20 code does not automatically apply to a purchase. I have made three recent orders (each costing £4.99 postage.....more than any other company I have purchased items from!) I forgot to manually add the 20% off code on the last purchase. I immediately sent a message to customer services asking if they could apply it for me and they have not had the decency to acknowledge my message. I will not be buying from you in the future.

I have placed two orders with HoF and both charged me 4.99 delivery which surely spending over a certain amount delivery would be waived. When first delivery arrived the gift boxes were damaged which looked like damaged stock and these are for gifts so not ideal. Second delivery arrived of £165 trainers and packaging again was damaged and packaging covered in mud.

I ordered wine glasses that were delivered broken. Good service initially to arrange to send a replacement. I was sent an email to say replacement had been despatched. It didn’t arrive so I checked order status on line and noticed it had been returned to sender. I emailed to query this then got a reply headed refund given but with no explanation or apology. I ordered 2x4 (8) glasses and as one box was ok I have been refunded for one box and I have 4 glasses, a bit frustrating when I’ve got to order another 8 from somewhere else as 4 is not enough that I have still had to pay for.

Ordered items which showed in stock. Not in stock so notified me two days later item had been cancelled. Charged me for next day delivery, but didnt arrive for 5 days. Had to send a few e mails before agreed to refund. Not very good!
